I found Mega Brown Box, searching for a manual leather stitching machine and browsing on Offer Up. I'd never made a transaction on this platform before and I had a couple questions. MBB was quick to reply and very informative throughout the whole transaction. Shipping was fast and my purchase arrived as promised. The item was listed as "open box and never used". Offered at less than 1/2 the price, of any I've seen listed anywhere. It arrived in about in the same condition as the few others that I've personally seen. All the parts were included and looked to be packed in the original box. I had considered purchasing one of these "projects" for a while and couldn't pass up the great price. Glad I found and chose Mega Brown Box. While searching their other listed items, I seen a dozen or so things I found interest in. Honest third party resource, who offers concerned customer service. Great job guys, be seeing you in the future....

I purchased one item from these guys I texted them for a pickup date I even texted them when I was on my way. Unfortunately that item was sold on a different platform. I was sad because I drove all the way from Lake Forest. I was exploding my options and I met this guy his name is Benjamin. I don't know if he's the owner or the manager. He was very helpful. Not only he gave me a deal but he was very humble. I appreciate the store policies especially you want to appreciate Benjamin's effort to help finding another different configuration item. He saved my time and my disappointment. Thank you so much Mr Benjamin I will come back to the store because they have some great items. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

We bought a garden fountain that’s normally priced at $200 on Amazon but for only $125. New, complete, in box but the box was opened.

Went home and everything was in pristine condition. We hooked it up and it’s absolutely beautiful. Runs perfectly!

We also picked up some garden shears and an Urban Decay Lip Tint.

Don’t believe the one star reviews here! This place has amazing stuff for much less - similar to Ross or Marshall’s but with way better deals. They also have great deals on brand new furniture.

The owners are seriously the sweetest and will go out of their way to help you. Both super nice guys and were such a pleasure to work with! They even tell you that if something’s not working and you get back to them within 3 days, they’ll take care of you. That’s seriously going above and beyond!
