El Patron Meat Market and Convenience Store — Local services in La Joya

I hate writing reviews, but when I need to I have to. Cashier lady is rude and lies.

First incident she charged me 8$ for a small cup of gummy bears with chamoy. I went back the next day to ask if they charged me right. Luckily that lady wasn’t there but the manager was and she was mince enough to correct that mistake. Obviously this lady charged me way too much.

Second incident, I see the familiar lady that over charged me the last time and I was hesitant to buy anything but what the heck I was already there so I asked to buy a plate of food and she said “ there was none left “ so I bought a cup of corn and I mixed it right away and guess what …. It was cold ! I called the lady on the phone to see if she can make me a new one and she said yes but I had to pay for it again ?!? I went back to the store so she can see I was not lying. To my surprise there was also a plate of food left but she said it was for a worker to take home so she couldn’t sell it, but it was being displayed anyways… then the cold corn. The point is that this lady has done this several times… the same employee. She refused to correct the order and was insistent in...

Omgoodness El Patron has such wonderful staff members/employees. Angelica and the one I call triple 3 are such wonderful delightful women there. Angelica just brightens the place nicely...I hope the owner gived then incetives pr bonuses for their great customer...

I bought over $40 of fajita and more than half of it was completely spoiled and smelled Horrible I don't recommend purchasing meat from this place there's a lot of cross-contamination Be aware they try to mask the look and smell with a lot...
