I recently was gifted a two-year-old Eureka Ergonomic electric height-adjustable desk from my brother. After moving the desk to my home, it stopped working. I was so disappointed because it worked perfectly at my brother’s house. Despite my concerns about the warranty period likely being over, I decided to contact Eureka Ergonomic for help.
Initially, I was worried because no one answered my phone call. However, the customer service team redeemed themselves by returning my call promptly. They were thorough in their approach. They requested photos of the desk along with other pertinent details so they could accurately identify the model (SKU number). This allowed them to determine the specific parts needed for repairs – in my case, a power adapter and a new control box.
To my delight, the parts arrived quickly, and once installed, my desk is working like a charm!

After putting it together, some of it never looked right and fastened together improperly, even strictly according to the instructions. The shelves are also not straight and are continuing to warp further. When bringing this to the attention of the customer service manager, Chinn, I tried to arrange a credit or refund and was ready to disassemble and return the shelving unit. I was striving for a satisfactory resolution with her. This item is just cheaply made and is not the quality for the price tag.
After trying to work for a resolution, I was then ignored, blocked and no response. Horrible customer service. Zero resolution. Poor quality product. Just frustrating experience that I am now stuck with! Shame on this company!!!
