Bowl Express Chinese Food — Restaurant in Corona

Employee in front on 11/6/2024 (around Noon) was VERY RUDE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! A bigger purchase and future purchases were not even worth it because of the HORRIBLE experience from this employee.

Asked how long store had been open and/or in this location. Explained I was a REGULAR customer 20 years ago. I was hoping they were the same considering many places closed due to COVID…therefore my inquiry regarding length of time. Employee response didn’t occur until asked multiple times…the response…IDK (with much attitude.

Said THANK YOU to same employee at register…again had to ask multiple times…no response…AT ALL.

Lastly, informed her that her service level was sub-par, rude, and unprofessional…NO RESPONSE…AGAIN!

Perhaps service level is unimportant since they seemed to not care after informed. No recognizable hearing problem(s). Please note food/egg-rolls only were VERY tasty and reminded me of my experience from the past 😁 Nonetheless, limited purchase due to service level...

Food was so cold. The walls were disgustingly dirty. The lady employee was extremely rude. When we told her we would share a plate she didn't seem happy. I asked for 2 extra plates and she handed me only 1. I said I need 1 more she said "i gave you 1" yeah but its 3 of us. The 3rd is my small child. She wasn't happy. Then i asked for a cup of water. She pointed to the refrigerator and said "water there" pointing to a bottle of water. I said no a cup of water, my son and I cannot drink cold water. She went to the back and brought a dirty cup with water. As we sat there to eat we noticed that they re used the same spoons with different food and they re used dirty spoons in their hot sauce which is usually bottled (sriracha). She was so rude. When we left she started to scream to whoever was working there with her In the back and she even came outside to scream at us, we didn't understand because she was speaking in her language....

I hate rating restaurants badly, but I feel like people should know about this place. The doors were wide open and there were a lot of flies. The "Family Deal" that offers 3 entrees and 3 egg rolls is actually three Styrofoam containers with a ton of fried rice or lo mein and a spoonful of entree. The rice was completely undercooked and The lo mein noodles were spaghetti noodles, like literally spaghetti noodles, they didnt even spring for Angel hair. The egg rolls, which are pictured on the large colorful ad for the deal at the entrance, are in fact veggie spring rolls easily 1/3 of the size.
