Firearms, Avoid this store and go to Rural King Next door. If you call they don't answer, and if your lucky to get an answer you get a wishy washy answer. Today I personally experienced/over heard a gentleman that called to ask about a specific firearm he was told over the phone was in stock but to his surprise upon arrival it in fact wasnt. Today they had an uneducated kid working (firearms dept) back there today with a slightly older store associate who aside from pushing papers is useless. Employees are not helpful. The store is usually in chaos. Clearly, no one is going thru periodically and straightening up messy racks. The shoe department is actually quite nice, with a large variety of brand named shoes. Good sales. The gun department is awful. Waiting forever for the one employee to do anything. Even asking a question is a joke. They either don't know or don't care. It seems as if they promote huge sales and must only stock 1 or 2 of sale items because they never have (larger) sale items available when you go to the store. Not worth the...

I used to love shopping here but today was my last trip ever coming in here. WHAT A DISASTER! its so cramped packed, clustered, messy tou can't hardly walk anywhere or look at items. I don't know what management position thought this was a good idea. I spend a lot of money everytime I go in there and never again. I couldn't even view on item on the other aide of the rack unless I walked all the way down the aisle just to get around to the other side of the rack. Insane! Looks like a junked up resale...
