Biggby Coffee — Restaurant in La Porte

To start, I spend a MINIMUM of $300 a month at biggby here in La Porte. (Yikes!! I know) I order the same thing every single day. For the past few months, my order has been either price jacked or food/ drink order messed up at least three times a week. I have been inside to have bragel remade, coffee remade, and some times I do not even stop back in because I may be on my way to an appointment or meeting so I do not have time to stop inside to get my order corrected. Try to call and not once has a person answered the phone……… I am not one to complain on Google but today ticked me off and put the icing on the cake!!!!!! When I eat my bragel, I split it in half eating one side at a time. This was the turkey havarti Asiago bragel. When getting half way through my bragel I bit into some very very cold brick like cheese, so I flipped over my turkey to find a huge amount of extremely cold cheese! I ordered this bragel how it would regularly come, one side of cream cheese nothing added. As you see here in the picture there is mixed cheese throughout my sandwich and about 8 SLICES OF COLD CHEESE on my sandwich. Now this, is pure laziness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyday I come in, and great for business the ladies sure do try to find any and every way to upcharge but everyday I say no to extras, and everyday the price of my order is always different. (Yes I have to correct the girls every single time to make sure I’m not being up charged extra) to the point that I have to show my receipt from the prior day because a different girl everytime tries to explain why the price is more, and now I am just ticked off. Not one time in the past year has any staff member offered me a rewards point program, I just saw online that there is one. Wow can you imagine the points I would have at this point spending this kind of money? I use to love the atmosphere here, but when I’m being treated like I’m a nuisance for asking for my order to be corrected or explaining why my price shouldn’t be more than 9.63 every single freaking day is totally ridiculous not to mention having to have either my bragel or drink corrected more than a couple times a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered 2 drinks, they had no idea which drink was which (the one at Baileys always knows). The drinks are good but lackluster. Baileys location always leaves me MORE than satisfied. Know that thing when you have really good food or drinks and you close your eyes and put your head back? Yeah this didn't make me do that. I understand some of yall are just here for a paycheck but you'd get more service if you decided to actually care about your craft, like Baileys Location. I can't taste the love or care in these drinks like I can at Baileys Biggby and its very disappointing. 10/12/2024 Stopped by again. Gal who took my order either wasn't paying attention or genuinely couldn't hear anything because "frozen" sounds nothing like "hot". To top it off i think was the worst caramel marble coffee ever. It was so disgusting and BITTER I had to smoke a cigarette after to get the taste out, and I drink black coffee. The fact that this location still has no idea how to make it's beverages properly is remarkable, but the lack of any professionalism is what really takes the cake. Haven't been inside, just drive through a couple times. I bought my brother a cookies and cream drink and he loved it. I ordered an egg cheese bagel with the hash brown topped bagel with cream cheese on both sides with a strawberry type latte. The sandwich was steaming hot, had to wait a minute to bite! That was nice to have it the fresh! I wish it had more cream cheese on it though.. The strawberry latte didn't taste anything like strawberries and more like a coffee? Not sure if mine was mixed up with the person behind me or if it's supposed to taste like that? I'm not a coffee drinker so maybe I am wrong? It was over fifteen dollars for the sandwich and drink. Bit too pricey. I'd go back and try something else but not all the time cause I feel like I can get a bigger lunch for that price.
