I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Jumpy Thingz. I was extremely impressed with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care.

The bounce house was impeccably clean and well-maintained. I had complete peace of mind knowing that my kids were bouncing around in a safe and clean environment.

What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional customer service that I received. When I encountered a minor issue the staff at Jumpy Thingz were quick to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.

I was also incredibly impressed with the professionalism of the owners. They were friendly, approachable, and truly cared about ensuring that my experience with Jumpy Thingz was a positive one.

I have used them for my subdivision’s HOA party and have continued to use them for my parties.

Communication 10/10: they communicate with you from the very beginning until even after you are done and want to check in and make sure everything turned out perfect.

Service 10/10: they go above and beyond for their customers, I personally love how they plan the location to where parents can oversee the kiddos in the bouncy, sun, shade etc. they really do think of everything.

Professionalism: 10/10: they put a tarp underneath the bouncy and they provide you with mats for when the kiddos get out and they are not stepping into the surface. They think of everything and it gives me such a great piece of mind.

Jumpy Thingz Party Rentals are absolutely fabulous company to rent from! From the initial text that I sent to Raquel about needing a 36’ obstacle course wet/dry bounce house and her quick response, I knew this company is was the ones to get the job done. Raquel took care of me when I needed help with booking and sent me all the information to book and pay. Made it super easy for me to schedule and book. Victor was very communicative when it was time to drop off and set up the bounce house. He was amazing!! We talked about the location, where would be best and how he was going to do everything. The obstacle course bounce house was nice, fun and safe! Victors son came to pick up the slide when it was time. He was very nice and very quick.
