I recently had a scare and wanted to share. I work from home was in a meeting with my doors closed. I walk out of the the study and my home was filled with this haze. It looked like I was walking through the clouds. I checked inside and outside the house and everything looked fine. Not knowing what it was I called 911. They came out and found that my air handler was leaking freon, which create this haze. I called Murray AC and I cannot remember the ladies name that I talked to but she was so sweet. I explained the situation and she fit me in right away. Someone from Murray AC was at my door within a couple of hours to take a look. They said they needed a part and would follow up with me. Later that day got the call from the same lady and said a technician would be here between 10-12 tomorrow. It was warm but we made it through the night. The next morning someone was here at 8:30 to start working on it. I know what excellent customer service is. I will say that from the lady who answered the phone to the technicians that serviced the AC, they were superb! Our unit completely quit on us, and when we called the company who serviced our unit we were given a timeframe that they would be out to come take care of it. After that timeframe came and went we were given another timeframe. After 3 calls they still never showed up, a friend recommended Murray Air Conditioning to us and within the same hour as calling, they had a tech out to tell us what was going on, as well as a salesman out to go over options! Within the next day we had a new unit installed! Since then we’ve had no problems and Incredible customer service through Murray air-conditioning. I highly recommend them Over any other air conditioning company in the San Antonio area.

UPDATE Murray A/C to the rescue again! 6/17/2020! We had a clogged drain that went unnoticed until we started getting water coming through our ceiling! Murray A/C was out at the house within 20 minutes, fixed the issue, and also checked the rest of our entire unit! Cortland the service tech was extremely helpful with recommendations on how to avoid these issues in the future, we will be contacting them for a service agreement in the near future as well! The ENTIRE Murray team is professional, attentive, and very trustworthy. We were recently out of the country on vacation with multiple hours time difference, family (20yo/17yo) was staying out our house caring for our dogs. We received a high humidity alert from our HVAC system and because of previous experience with this team, we immediately knew we had to call Murray first to see if they could help and we are so glad we did.

We called as soon as they opened, explained our situation; the Murray team took it from there! The receptionist went the extra mile to find a same day appointment time slot, the Technician (Robert) texted with us the whole time to keep us informed. Robert even moved our car (neither family member drives) to access the attic unit. It gets better! Robert turned around -after he had wrapped up- to replace the existing filter when I mentioned we had a spare.
