I never leave bad reviews anywhere but this place is terrible. I took me car here last weekend to get two new tires put on, balanced, and rotated. Take into consideration I have never had to change the tires on my car before so didn’t think much of it besides they charged me $70 to do little to nothing. I paid and went on my way. On my drive back home, I notice my tires would get wobbly once I went over 50mph. I took it to a tire shop close to my house the next day which is where I usually go btw to find out one of my tire rims was bent and they put it on the front of my car. Never mentioned it to me. Also, my valve stem was bad. The guy fixed everything and had to rebalance as he showed me they weren’t balanced at all! I called the shop that Monday as they are closed on Sunday and spoke to the owner who had zero sympathy that his workers put my life and others in danger for putting a bent rim on the front of my car! The owner only told me that he would speak to the workers! When it’s all said and done I will never come back or say nice things about this shop! They weren’t even busy when my car was there! Wow doesn't even describe it. I took my 4runner in to have a rear differential replaced and an inspection done. When they were doing my inspection the owner saw that the tires were really old (from 2006) and he was very insistent that I replace them. Most of you might not think this odd but the fact of the matter is that I had just purchased the car the year prior. I purchased the car from a personal friend of mine. He told me he had just gotten the new tires put on from a mechanic that owed him money and therefore repaid him in tires. Well, this mechanic put these old AF tires on the car but they were technically "new" because they had never been driven before. Well, I had planned on going for a thousand miles trip and I thought that my tires were new. If I hadn't taken my car here to get it inspected I WOULD NEVER HAVE KNOWN THESE TIRES WERE OLD IF DENNIS HADN'T TOLD ME!! I WOULD HAVE HAD A BLOWN OUT TIRE ON THE HIGHWAY AND FLIPPED MY SUV! I COULD HAVE DIED!!! I OWE DENNIS MY LIFE! (As for the mechanic that put old "new" tires on my car- he skipped town- otherwise I would have pressed charges for reckless...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I pulled up in my car for an oil change dude said he wasn't gunna be able to get to it for a while and as I drove off he went and started chattin with other employees trying to act busy. Recommended a spot down the rd. Came back in my truck with leaking air 20 miles from home asked to throw my spare on for me and he said he couldn't do that because it's an original spare from 2012. Recommended a tire shop down the road 6 miles. While my tire is spraying air out. Shop is weak sauce couldn't just throw my tire on for me? He was a younger fella wearing a cap. It's 830 in the morning right now just trying to make it to work ill shi* on that guy rn if given the opportunity. Slap my fata$$ nuts across that chin.

Update: it's now 30 min later just legy briones tire shop, already done threw my tire on and it's holding up getting me to work just fine. It took literally 4 minutes. La vernia autocenter ain't worth shi.. it was a simple tire change that could have left me stranded on the side of the road. I never leave...
