We literally just pulled out of the parking lot and we thought it was really good. Food came out so fresh we had to let it cool before eating it. They ARE NOT stingy when it comes to cheese. They put a lot in the quesadilla and even their cheese (queso) dip was a very reasonable price compared to other places. Portions were large and every single thing was fresh. The guacamole was so green and smooth at first I thought I was premade, but once eating it the flavor was great and I saw the chunks of fresh avocados from them preparing it. My husband had the Birrah Tacos. They were COMPLETELY filled with meat, and it comes with 4 of them. He was so full and said it was excellent. They have the self serve chips that were nice and crisp. And plenty of salsa choices so there’s an option for everyone! We realized that there was a food allergy situation for us once getting our food. It was my fault for not asking because I forgot. The owner was there and she was so kind, she switched it out for an order of fries. She made sure we got something else and were happy. I saw the staff refilling the salsa bar, and picking up trash from the tables quickly as people were done. They even offered to get us a to go box despite them being self serve for you to grab by the fountain drink machine.

My son and I just tried the restaurant for the first time. I can not say enough nice things!

Service was excellent. It’s counter service but then they bring your food out to your table. All the workers (all brand new since they’ve only been open a week or so, mostly teens) are super helpful and were very polite. With it being new, I asked a few questions and they were happy to help.

The salsa bar is a GREAT idea. Chips are self serve. We tried all the salsas and they were all wonderful. Two are quite spicy! You can help yourself to other toppings there as well. Pico, cilantro, grilled onions, etc.

Our food came out better than I expected for a counter service restaurant. I got the taco bowl with chicken fajita and my son had the enchiladas w/fajita steak. The chicken was grilled perfectly. My son’s HOMEMADE corn tortillas were SO GOOD! They were very generous portions and I couldn’t even finish mine.

First time trying. Ordered a chicken quesadilla, and my husband ordered the enchiladas and two margaritas. Well, they brought our food out and my husband's was correct, but it looked like it was from a microwave dinner box, but mine was not right. It came out wrapped up like a taco...since when is a chicken quesadilla rolled up like a taco?!?!?! Anyways, we get that fixed and finally get my quesadilla. Cheese wasn't melted in it, so I could tell they rushed it. We were still waiting on our margaritas. Waited, waited, and waited. We were nearly done with our meals before we got our margaritas. The only reason I give 3 stars is because the margaritas were so strong, and maybe it was because they messed up, but I'm not sure...
