You only get to live each day once! The MAX Challenge of Lacey can help you change your habits of the past by creating new ones for the future. The trainers will help you dig deeper to find your full potential by guiding you and encouraging you during each class. They assist with modifications, if needed, and are available to answer any questions regarding the nutrition component of the program. The MAX is literally a family. Not only are the trainers available to help members, but members help other members, too. I have been a member since June 2018 when they opened their doors. Being part of the MAX is a lifestyle. During the past four and half years I have lost weight, inches, and the non-scale victories have shown me that I can challenge myself, set realistic goals and I can achieve them. In June of 2020 during the height of Covid I had a full hip replacement. Iām convinced that I was stronger going into that surgery and within two weeks I was back to the program remotely on āmy matsā because of the closure due to the pandemic. The staff at the MAX didnāt miss a beat in March 2020 when ordered to close. They closed on a Friday and reopened via live zoom on Monday. I took advantage of their zoom classes everyday pre-op and post-op. There may be roadblocks beyond your control and you may fall down, however, REMEMBER why you set those goals to begin with and keep moving forward. Thank you to the MAX Team for keeping me on point, checking in when Iām not on the mats and helping me to live a healthier lifestyle. Itās been the best four and half years of fitness for me. I was at rock bottom and completely overwhelmed with my kids my jobs and life in general.I had joined other gyms in my area and had absolutely no confidence to walk in the door or the time to think about where to even start my own workout routine.I reached out to Kane and he immediately not only text me back but took time away from his busy life to CALL ME and give me the support and the push to try out a class. I came in and of course, went directly in the back of the class where I felt the most comfortable lol I was greeted by the most amazing staff and took my first class with people my own age that are trying to accomplish the same goals as myself..To stay HEALTHY and FIT TO BE THE BEST WE COULD POSSIBLY BE! I am now on week 6 and today for the first time, had the confidence to go to the FRONT OF THE CLASS! The establishment is SPOTLESS!! The classes are designed for you to work at your OWN PACE NO MATTER WHAT AGE YOU ARE OR SHAPE YOU ARE IN The instructors are so SO PROFESSIONAL AND SO MUCH FUN and although I have not been there long enough to know them all, I do know that if you attend morning classes you will be greeted at the front desk with the biggest smile of support from Laurie. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhy I go to the max? Because I have never stuck to working out with a gym membershipā yes Iāve gone with good intentions to work out but when I got there I had No. Idea. What. I. Was. Doing. Even if I followed the little pictures on the machinesāI know my form wasnāt right & I was absolutely going to hurt myself. This was discouraging & I gave up, multiple times. Yes I can work out at home to a YouTube video, but the motivation at this point is truly lacking. I found the max challenge & I am damn proud of myself for showing up 4-5x a week! At The Max Challenge of Lacey Township I am motivated by other people in the class pushing themselves along with the instructors correcting your form throught the workoutā becuase Iām a spastic mess. Itās like having a personal trainer šš»āāļø but other people around to high-five! I truly feel the gains of muscle, shred of fat, pouring of sweat & the sore muscles that feel oh so good. During the short 4 weeks my body craves a workout, I look forward to the 45 minute class. The challenge makes it even more worth it because itās a commitment to myself, a challenge to myself for change, clean eating & perservence! During the 60sec plank at the end of each workout I give gratitude to myself for completing another workout! The instructors always end with some words of wisdom & all come together for a hand break.
