Definitely NOT happy with the check in process when I arrived for my XRay. A couple of women sitting within feet from me and all of my pertinent information being spewed out for all to hear. That’s a violation of my rights as a patient and I will NOT be returning here. Ever hear of HIPAA? When I made it known I didn’t want everyone to hear my name address phone number emergency contact info, all information I had pre registered with online to avoid this issue, I should’ve been given a face sheet to confirm or change any information, not continue to have a conversation about it. I feel this is not only very unprofessional but also for a company of this size, something that shouldn’t have ever been an oversight! I wonder how a lawyer would feel about this? I’m not that type of person but their are PLENTY of money hungry people out there that would love to take advantage of this. They have tablets also that they could’ve used to let me modify any of my information if need be, not to be loud and obnoxious about it. I live 50 minutes away but I left early to get there a decent time and there is construction going on so was running 10 minutes late. They will not work with me to take me in. I did all the registration online. All they had to do was run the test. They kept saying NO. I explained my situation, taking a risk driving to get these test done that is needed. Read moreCalled to schedule an appointment for testing, after 10 minutes of waiting with no response I decided to make the appointment online. Day before I had a question and tried calling, again no response. I never received a confirmation call and no email with instructions, etc. I go to my appointment and was turned away because I was supposed to drink water before the test, which I didn't know because no one ever directed me to. The lady at the desk was extremely rude, unsympathetic, not compassionate, I literally left in tears. The next appointment wasn't until 3 days later which mind you I already waited 5 days to get the appointment. I would not recommend coming here, unprofessional of them to not properly prep you...
