Every time I order from Starbucks in Forked River they’re so pleasant to deal with. Briana is the lady I talked to about a iced coffee that I wanted but on the app it was saying that I couldn’t order it so when I called to see if it was out of stock Briana answered the phone and she knew exactly who I was (just from ordering the same drink when I can) it wasn’t out of stock! She knew exactly how I like it bc my order is very unusual lol lots of espresso shots, and then I had forgotten to say how many stevias in the raw so when I got my drink there was a small cup w a lid and a note. It said wasn’t sure which sugar you used so she sent me two different ones and a smiley face. I felt so good after that it was like she knew who I was and remembered something that I usually ask for them to put it in. It’s nice to know that there are nice people out there and to be remembered. Just the most simplest thing had made my day! Thank...
Read moreI don't like to give poor reviews, but compared to other Starbucks in the area this is the only one I actively try to avoid. They have this uncanny ability to make drinks incorrectly nearly every time, especially in the evenings. Examples: asking for shots of espresso over ice, receiving hot decaf; ordering a cold brew with light cream, receiving a cup of 98% milk; drinks without add-ins even though they clearly have them on hand; not adding an extra shot in a drink even when I pay extra for it; 10+ minutes of waiting for a drink that's already made and sitting behind the counter, and just hasn't been moved to the pickup area (multiple people waiting for orders and they're just not putting them out in an otherwise quiet building).
I only really go here 1-2 times a week and have started to cut back further because at $5+ a drink I can't afford to spend that on something that's very clearly not...
Read moreI was so happy to get a Starbucks in the area, and I understand there are kinks still being worked out but basic customer service skills is a must. I went in on Saturday morning to 3 people working, no one greeted me as I stood at the counter while the gentleman barista was making coffee right in front of me. It doesn’t take much to say “hi, I’ll be right with you”. After someone finally took my order it took about 20 minutes to get my coffee & sandwich (I was the only one inside). Again, no one checked on me as I stood there waiting for my sandwich, the girl ended up giving me someone else’s food. I felt like I was inconveniencing the workers for ordering inside. Hopefully the customer service gets better but for now I think I’ll use my mobile app to avoid frustration in...
