AWFUL.First, the bird pair statue I received was defective.Clearly part of the smaller birds’s tail was jagged, misshapen and chipped.I shared pictures with the seller, & asked for a replacement.The seller had the gall to state that the tail just was “smaller” than the bigger bird’s, but not defective.He added that I could return for a refund but that I must pay shipping.I replied that I didn’t agree with me paying shipping, because the item was clearly defective & not as pictured. He ignored that message for several days.A few days after the ignored Etsy message, I opened a case via PayPal, which resulted in sending him another message with photos of the defective item.He also ignored that message.So I escalated the case to PayPal, who made their decision to refund me within TEN MINUTES. We were so lucky to find this place! The products are made on site at this family owned business and the quality plus service are unbeatable. My son and I happened to find this place today and purchased a couple of lion dog statues and a Japanese pagoda. They customized the lion dog statues for us right away and packed it in our vehicle, very well I might add, with the pagoda. The owner walked around with us answering all the questions we had, all the while making sure he didn’t neglect any of the other customers. He was very open and honest, the products were high-quality, and the customer service was great. I definitely recommend this place, and have. The top piece of a bird bath my father in law gave us as a wedding gift 20 years ago recently fell apart, but the pedestal is still in good shape. I called around to find somewhere to get just the top. Flour de Luis was very helpful. When we got there to look at options, there were so many unique items to look at.
