Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lacey

On-line ordering is an absolute frustrating experience. I was on the web-site for the location I wanted placed my order, received the confirmation number. The order went to another location several miles away from us. The staff at the store I ordered from was useless in helping locate my order. Told me to go to all the other locations in a tri-city area to find my order for pick up. On-line customer service was just a inept as the Hawks prairie staff at helping me locate the order. Samantha at the Yelm Hwy location was able to help me (FINALLY). My order had ended up at her location and she was able to refund me. I learned that confirmation number is absolutely useless and has no bearing on order location. The Pizza Hut system is not able to help you locate your order, only what is for that particular location. Why have a confirmation number is it is useless. And looking it up by phone number they can only tell the last time you ordered from them. The system needs to be updated to allow the stores to use the confirmation number to...

Ordered 211.00 worth of pizza. Pizza was Luke warm, smashed, poorly assembled and covered with jalapeño that we didn’t order. Called in to have one of the pizzas remade because the gal who chose that pizza could not have jalapeño and was told we would have to wait at least 45 minutes to get that pizza remade and told we had better not eat it…because we really wanted to eat a pizza that was not supposed to have jalapeño that was completely smothered in it. Also zac (who I spoke to) told me that pizza hut instructed him to sub jalapeño for crushed red peppers and calling corporate wouldn’t help because they would just direct the call back to him. We order a ton of pizzas from this location and I can say I won’t be ordering again. Terrible service, and quite frankly...

I won’t be making a second visit. This location is new and I’m sure will close soon as well. I ordered food at 8:30. Was supposed to be delivered @9.20pm. That’s rediculous as they are only 10min up the road. I get another email after that says pizza won’t be delivered until 10:20pm. I don’t think so. I call up get transferred by a very rude call center worker. Find out from the guy that my pizza has been done for 20 min and I wouldn’t be getting the pizza for two hrs after it was cooked. I ended in driving there settling for a 1hr old pizza. Pizza did not have extra pepperoni wings were super soggy and small and they still charged me for deliver and a tip to the delivery driver for me picking it up. Bad food, steal my money....
