Nov 2024 We decided to stop by here because we saw they had soup dumplings, and we were looking for a closer alternative than Supreme Dumpling in Bellevue. We concluded the soup dumplings were decent but not amazing. They had a decent amount of meat, but very little soup inside. They also need a slightly bigger container when serving, because they were sticking together and 3 of the 6 dumplings broke while trying to get them out. The place itself was small and brightly lit, with lo-fi music in the background. They have 2-4 person tables that can be rearranged as needed, with a mix of benches and chairs. They had a bowl of candy (jolly ranchers) on the low wall in front of the doors. Next to it was a yellow call bell with a smiley face on it. Very cute. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and efficient. They checked up on us periodically. They refilled our water without us asking and also gave us extra napkins. One of the other tables had a baby that had an accident. The staff were quick to offer napkins and paper towels to the caregivers. They were also efficient in cleaning the table, chair, and floors with disinfectant. The food was overall good, but not amazing. They were also a bit heavy on the grains. Both the chicken katsu don and tonkatsu ramen had a lot of rice/noodles. I would say the ramen had two servings of noodles. It did have a good amount of flavorful, not salty broth though. The breaded chicken was very thin, white meat, with fully cooked egg on top. The takoyaki was also yummy, but had a very small amount of meat. Overall, good food and excellent service. Would probably come here again.

You should come in and try it out!!! I enjoyed cube ramen very much. It was my first time coming in here. Does it compete with other ramen restaurants? Yes, absolutely, flavor on food was just right, as you would expect, it didn't blow my mind but I ate and enjoyed a good time, good atmosphere, servers were great also, two ladies were running the tables. Price was excellent in my opinion, I spent 62.35 total (not including tip) What you can see in the pictures is: -"Homemade" dumpling (steamed). -Takoyaki (worth to try, but it won't be for picky tongs I would say, my wife didn't like the smell of seafood of it, but me and my son would eat them just fine, I wouldn't ask for this dish again honestly, but it's not bad, don't get me wrong, you should 100% try it) -shrimp tempura, very basic, hopefully I am wrong, but it seems like the shrimps are from the box, from Costco let's put it, I would love to try a "in house" recipe. -tonkutsu ramen is what I got, added a couple extra things tho. -Fried chicken katsu, nothing impressive, it could get better I think, but definitely a good side dish. -bowl of rice -and tried Sapporo beer for the first time, I enjoyed it very much I would order everything again, but the takoyaki, but try it people!!! Is a great restaurant, I will 100% come back.

What an amazing lunch! Five is us sure here, getting a few different dishes, here was what we got and how it tasted. ✅ Black Garlic Tonkontsu: Very good! This is a mild flavored garlicky soup that is in Tonkontsu, which is a broth boiled with pork bones for a very long time. It's not super salty, the ramen noodles are quality and firm. I got extra boiled vegetables in it which I thought gave it a good medium flavor. 🥣 Shoyu Chashu Ramen: Strong pork flavor, slightly salty from the soy. We are rice vinegar to balance the flavor out. Pretty good. 🥣 Curry Katsu Don (1-pork & 1-chicken): Excellent if you like Japanese curry, which we do. Lots of thick curry with strong flavors of ginger, from the pickled ginger extras. With the rice this is a heavy filling dish, very tasty. ✅ Service was good, only one guy serving a ton of people but it was decent time to get the food and he was super polite, impressive actually! Highly recommend this to try if you like ramen or the like.

We arrived a little before they opened, and they were running a bit late. However that was fine, we weren't in a hurry. And boy was it worth the wait. We ordered soup dumplings, agedashi tofu, black garlic tonkatsu ramen with extra veggies, a lids tonkotsu ramen with added chashu pork, and the curry croquette don.

The server warned us rice would take longer but we were okay with that. The tofu and two ramen came first. The tofu was lightly breaded, covered in huge pieces of fragrant Bonito flakes, and in a sweet and savory broth. Very good.

The ramen was perfectly cooked for me, lightly chewy and easy to slurp. The black garlic broth was flavorful and the veggies cooked perfectly. The pork was tender and tasty as well.

The pork soup dumplings came next. They had a deliciously savory soup and the minced pork was hot and delicious. Even my picky kiddo liked it.

The croquette curry was incredible! The curry is not super spicy (perfect for my less adventurous family) and the pickled radish and other vegetables lent a contrasting tang to the warmth of the spices. It was a surprisingly delicious discovery and incredibly filling.

Overall the food was 11/10 with great service and kind staff. We spent 65 before tip, and we felt it was...
