RUDE WOMAN ANSWERING PHONE CALLS. INFO BELOW I was recommended this place by another store that didn’t have the sleeves I was looking for. I had made a phone-call, simply asking if they had Dragonshield card sleeves, and the woman on phone, in a rude tone, said ‘I don’t know and I have a customer so I’m too busy to check.’ I was literally at a loss for words, I said ‘Oh okay, thank you’ and she said ‘Ok, bye’ and hung up.

I made my way to the store, as I was somewhat in the area anyways. I get to the store and there are only 4 people in the store, minus the 2 working. The two working were in the center behind the display cases, and all it took for me to find the Dragonshield sleeves was a turn of my head from where the woman was working. Don’t have a job in the customer service industry if you want to get aggravated by a phone call of a customer asking a simple question.

To be completely honest, I have no issue with the store AND the man that was working there that day (10/17). The kind man working when I came in made up for the horrible phone call I had, even asking me questions about the color sleeves I ended up choosing! The store is amazing, but I can’t help but have a bad taste in my mouth about the management overall due to this woman's poor customer etiquette.

Has great assortment of goodies for us nerds the lady with the red hair was super sweet and helpful the nostalgia of seeing a Sega Genesis and Nintendo 64 gave me flashbacks prices are high for boxes of pokemon but understandable since most of the boxes are sold out...

Awesome place. There is so much inventory in there it's awesome! all kinds of retro video game stuff, new video game stuff, Collectibles posters Etc. Prices for used stuff was awesome as well. Definitely coming back here. Saw so many nostalgic things when I...
