The customer service is very horrible and the establishment doesn’t do their best to serve quality products. Visited this place twice and on the 3rd time. I ordered $16 worth of product and the fruits tasted as if it had been rotted for a few days. I brought the product back in and asked for a refund or exchange and they denied a refund. They said you can exchange for something else, however there was nothing else Available that I would eat. So I asked the lady of I could come another day because I stay 45 minutes away and she declined. They said that they have no policy in place in regards to serving customers bad fruit. My experience here was very horrible. To this date I would say that I spent $50 at the during my last two visits and were giving referrals. Now my outlook on this establishment is different. They are not business minded, you rather lose a customer than to make things right and continue to get repeat business. If you buy from them and are not satisfied with the freshness of their fruits they won’t do anything to satisfy you. Horrible...

I spend a lot of money here when I visit family in Lafayette but after today I don’t think I’ll be retuning. The lady working today with the hat on just to describe her had a very nasty attitude. She didn’t greet us when we walked in and when asked what flavors they had she was very rude as if I was supposed to know what they didn’t have!

The food was so disgusting!! I had order some hot Cheeto boudin balls and the cheese that came with it was very sour!!!! The grapes that I also order were melted when she gave them to me.
