Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lafayette

Wish I could give ZERO stars, ordered “3 Cheese and Herb” crazy puffs. To my surprise when I bit into it there was pepperoni inside. So I go right back inside to tell them people at the counter that my order is wrong. The lady in the front tells me that she doesn’t know what I’m talking bout because they only serve pepperoni crazy puffs even though it clearly states that I ordered the cheese flavor on my receipt ON THE BOX. I asked why didn’t she inform me of that before I picked up or even when I just came in not even five minutes ago to get my order. She says “well all we have is pepperoni” if she’s the manager then this branch is in trouble. She refunded me for it but was very rude about it. If all you have is pepperoni, when you saw an order come in for CHEESE ONLY, why wouldn’t you call the customer and inform them of that?! Just all around terrible service and no consideration. If you have dietary restrictions or anything of that nature stay far away from this place because they...

Good cheap food and chill staff as of writing, the pretzel crust is probably the best thing I've had in a long time, and it's cheap for me. Granted, they do sometimes miss the salt on the crust and get it in the cheese but that's alright in my book, the salt doesn't really matter when the pizza is good. My experience with the staff is mainly just through one guy, but he is super chill. And the rest of the staff, based off what I could hear and see, seem like a chill group of people.

Overall: Good food for an affordable price, Good staff, and some enjoyable pizza.

Edit: additional note for anyone who cares. There is a vape/whatever type of drugs idk/weed store next to it. I personally don't mind it, but what you think about it is up to you. Idk about the situation at night as I read in another review so uh... idk if you're even...

This review applies to all Little Caesars, not just this location. All regular hot n ready $5 (well now $6.99) pizzas are okay at best, it's what you're paying for at that price. It's whenever they do specialties that make them really shine. Their limited time foods such as the cheesed stuffed crazy sticks, the batman calzoney, the stuffed crust pizza, and the new crazy puffs. SOMEHOW their wacky new items are just ten times better than their usual pizza. I want to say it's their dough, after 10 minutes it still stays soft and not brick tough like their regular pizzas.

My verdict here is to not get their regular pizzas except maybe for big parties or whatnot, but to get whatever's their new...
