I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life, these people stole money from me! Before this experience, this was one of my favorite places for quick, convenient eating. On this particular day, everything changed. It had been a couple months I hadn't been here, so my best friend and I were excited. We parked and walked up to the two tables in the front of the store. He went first and ordered a Route 44 D.P. with cherry and a sonic burger. Then after his order was complete, I ordered 2 D.P. like he had and some cheese fries. It was during hour. So my total came to something around $6. When the girl who possibly was a shift leader, because she was in jeans with huge false eyelashes and seemed to be going and coming as she pleased, joking around with other employees at the other table beside us. When she brought out my order, both the drinks were very flat and I paid with a $20 bill and she went in and came back out and hurrily handed me $2 and some change. I tried to call her attention to the flat D.P. but she was gone. After that, I called and called and called on the red button speaker to no avail. Finally I got a response and out she came at which time I informed her that she shorted me a $10 bill to which she rolled her eyes and acted like I was the questionable character! As if I disgusted her, rather than her being a lying thief. We also informed her of the D.P. again and the fact that my best friend order before me and still hadn't received his order. She expressed disgust again, rolled her eyes, went inside and for the next 30 minutes, never returned outside. I called the number on the receipt for the manager, and there was no answer so I left a message. Read moreThis used to be the best Sonic to go to but I've been having so many bad things happen here that I will no longer return. I bought ice cream at the drive thru & the guy came out, gave me my items, & took my cash & put it in his pocket. He never rang it up & didn't give me a receipt. I've been yelled at when pulling into the stall "drive thru only". My husband & I went 2 weekends ago & a rude, unprofessional female employee didn't say anything then finally tells us as we're sitting at the stall, drive thru only ma'am. I mean drive thru only sir. She didn't give him time to say anything before yelling at him again. Drive thru only sir! We go to the drive thru & she doesn't say anything whatsoever to us. Left us sitting there for well over 5 minutes. My husband kindly said, hello. She started screaming at him saying SIR, GIVE ME A SECOND! I'M COMING! I had to step in because this is what you will not do. You will not be disrespectful & think that we're just going to take it. She was very unprofessional. We drove off & went to another Sonic down the road who was very professional & acknowledged us as soon as we pressed the button & told us that they'd be with us shortly. I gave this place a try again this week on Monday. Sat at the speaker for 20 minutes before being acknowledged then was told that they couldn't give me scrambled eggs because they only have one egg & it's concentrated. I drove off. I went this morning for something small. Sat in line at the speaker for 25 minutes & was never told, I'll be right with you or anything. The line was backed up & the stalls were full. So many people were driving off on Monday & today. There's several other Sonic's in the city that I'll visit but this one won't be it anymore. Read moreThis used to be a great location but I don’t know what happened. Every time my family and I go to this location there’s an issue, nasty attitudes, and we are turned around. It seems like after 8 p.m. they shut down and no longer want to work. Today my son went there after 8 o’clock and they told him they’re only taking cash. He went down the street to the bank to get money out of the ATM and went right back within 15 minutes. When he got there they told him they were no longer taking orders. Sadly it’s always a hassle at this location and this is the last time they get our business. Hopefully, management will fix this issue. Until then, we’ll be choosing...
