I really wanted to rate no stars however Went to the location on the 4/3/2020@ 200 E Willow Street, Lafayette. 70501@ 6:16pm and placed a order totalling $16.27 and went home and open the box to cold chicken and chicken bites instead of chicken tenders and under portion side orders . I then return the food to location for a full refund . I was told that my refund should return into my account within 24 to 48 hours that was very new to me however I gave them the benefit of doubt. I called the location again today because I never received my refund the assistant manager Jennifer , I spoke with took my name and # and informed me that she will call the General manager Shrelle, to see what the next steps. Jennifer calls me back and then informed me her manager then tells her to tell me I need to contact the 1-800 # on my receipt because it's out of her hands!!! at this point I'm clearly upset . Read moreI ordered a 16 piece family meal on the app. When I got to the store it wasn't quite ready. And we allowed to go inside the store because the AC was out and the doors were locked. There was a long long line in the drive-thru and there were a few people waiting to pick up orders.The work crew remained in control and calm and informative to us customers throughout this entire experience. And while the chicken is good the crew is the real star. Ms. Jennifer the manager, explain what was going on with a calm tone and a friendly demeanor. She was funny and I'll go back to that Popeye's just because of her. Brittany, PJ, and Chelsea we're also very kind and accommodating and attentive. They made sure I knew in my order was ready they checked in on me before that to let me know that it was coming up. This was a really good experience for me. Read morei waited on line for about 30 minutes then when it was finally time for me to place my order, the worker says I’ll be right with you. i waited about another 15 minutes and got absolutely no response. a lady that was in line behind me pulled up to the window and asked what was the hold up. i couldn’t hear what was said but she proceeded to tell them her order!! then out comes her food! before mine! and the rest of the line that had BEEN waiting. so after that, I did what she did and just pulled up to the window since nobody came back to me on the intercom.
