I bought this online and was literally there in 10 minutes. When I walked in and they showed it to me, it wasn’t red and green. It’s red sequins that were all red not red and green. When you turned the shirt the red sequins turned blue. It was the wrong top! I looked for something else but I did not see one “Merry” on a shirt that was red, green, red etc. The skirt I have for my husband’s granddaughter, didn’t have any blue in it. It’s NOT WHAT I ORDERED! Not once did they say. I’m sorry we no longer have what you orders. I told them, it wasn’t gonna work for me. They refused to give me my money back. I didn’t even take the shirt out of the store. Nor did I want something I didn’t order. I did not prevent anyone else from buying it, when I got there there was no one looking at little girl clothes. So I told the girls that worked there, I thought that was ridiculous. I try to shop local, but I expect to be treated good as a customer. So I spent 20 minutes trying to find something. I got something that I did not need or want. They didn’t have anything else in her size that worked. I’m retired. But what if my husband and I were on a fixed income and that was the money we had set aside to get her a Christmas shirt. I actually found her a shirt for $48 , I had to spend $34.11 KC, which isn’t what I ordered online. The next day, the owner called me and said that someone said I was very upset. I wasn’t very upset. I just stated the fact that I thought it was ridiculous. I did not take the item out of the store. I would understand if I had taken the shirt brought it home and went back the next day, but that is not what happened. It wasn’t what I ordered! They didn’t care. She asked if the girls that work there have done anything wrong. I said absolutely not. They were just doing their job. It’s no worries. Lesson learned, I will never do that again. I am sad I had to leave a bad review. But you aren’t addressing the fact that I ordered a Christmas shirt that said Merry in Green and red not a shirt that said Merry in ALL RED THAT TURNED BLUE WHEN YOU TILTED IT! I would love for you and the lady that waited on me to call me. I want the lady that waited on me to tell me what she put on the counter! Was it what I ordered! Was it the shirt I ordered off the internet! No it wasn’t You can’t let a customer buy something on the Internet and give me a different shirt when I get there. I didn’t get the shirt I ordered. Then you wouldn’t return my money when you didn’t have what I ordered. Yes, we talked on the phone but all you talked about was being a small business owner and you have to give store credit. You asked me if the ladies had done anything wrong. I told you no. I want you to address the shirt.

If I could leave 12 stars, I would! I’ve been shopping here basically since they opened, and it’s truly one of my favorite places. Every single person who works here is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They pay so much attention to detail and always make sure customers are happy with their purchases. If I’ve ever had a question or needed help, they’ve been quick to address it with kindness and professionalism.

I went in today—the day before Christmas Eve—and the entire shopping center was packed with last-minute holiday shoppers. JC Kate was busy, too, with customers and their little kids running around, yet the girls working there were as sweet and helpful as ever. Even in such a hectic environment, they were patient, attentive, and made sure everyone felt taken care of.

The store itself is adorable, and my daughter absolutely loves it! It’s the perfect spot to find stylish, age-appropriate clothes that are also affordable. The quality is always great, and I’ve never had an issue finding something we love. Whether I’m shopping for something specific or just browsing, I always leave happy. This little shop is a gem, and I can’t recommend...

This little boutique has unique children's clothes that are hard to find at other shops. They specialize in a more modern look (less frills and smocking). Their sizes go up to tweens, so I am able to shop for both of my girls (4 and 15). They have great holiday sales and a wide selection of accessories and gifts. If you need shoes or purses for that special little girl, you can find them here. You can also get some baby items that are super sweet.
