I had purchased my engagement rings and two wedding bands from a different jewelry store that is no longer in business. Not long after they had closed, my center diamond in my engagement ring began having issues being seated in the prongs and therefore being loose. Over a year and a half or so my ring has been to 4 different Jewelers and away being repaired and it always came back either not fixed or loose again within a week or so. I brought my ring to Andy Buschman and he was able to get it sent out to his jeweler, get a reasonable quote, and back in the store within about a week!! I am so happy that Rogers and Holland’s were able to fix my ring that so many had worked on so that I can FINALLY love and enjoy it again!!! I cannot speak highly enough of Andy and their amazing jeweler who, not only worked a miracle for me, but did it in a timely fashion as well! Caleb was absolutely amazing! I had been to a couple of jewelry stores before this and had some bad experiences, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the moment we walked in, Caleb made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions with sincerity, and never made us feel rushed, even though it was close to closing time.

With 2020 being such a challenging year I wanted to get my mom and I something extra nice for Christmas. I’ve never purchased jewelry before so I knew I needed help in which choice to make. Samantha went above and beyond to answer my questions and give advice after telling her what I was looking for. I went with a pair of garnet birthstone earrings for my mother (absolute perfect she loved them and Samantha was right she’s more into them that what I would have picked out originally.) I bought a gold citrine birthstone ring for myself a reminder for us we are here for each other despite the downfalls and it’s perfectly fine to buy yourself new jewelry from time to time.
