Be sure to ask for teriyaki sauce with your âTERIYAKIâ chicken, because they wonât offer it to you and will let you go home with just plain unseasoned chicken breasts trying to save the store some money banking on you not coming back for the sauce because most people live too far away to bother coming back to get it and they will ask you and tell you âdid you ask for sauce for your âTERIYAKIâ chicken? You have to ask for teriyaki with your âTERIYAKIâ chicken?â Donât expect an apology or any free bees for the senseless inconvenience like a free egg roll or 2 or anything theyâll just tell you, âyou have to ask for âTERIYAKI !â With your teriyaki chickenâ like itâs your fault they donât know the difference between unseasoned grilled chicken and teriyaki chicken but beside the money scamming policy the food is still good and the place looks good but they will try to save money for the store at your expense so be sure to ask for teriyaki with your teriyaki chicken even tho they ring it up on the receipt as teriyaki chicken. Can you imagine going to KFC and ordering a bucket of fried chicken and not only do they not ask you if you if you want original or extra crispy but just put grilled unseasoned chicken in and when you come back and say you gave me grilled chicken not fried chicken and not only are they unapologetic but also ask you if you asked for crispy fried skin and then you need to ask for crispy fried skin on your âFRIEDâ chicken and yeah we can give your something for having to come all the way back here and ask for the crispy skin but youâll have to pay for it so what do you want? A couple pies...
Read moreThe food at my latest visit, this evening, was amazing. Definitely try one of their "craft" drinks, especially the watermelon mango! But, do so at any OTHER location. The customer service was abhorrent! To begin, this facility is in a mall; we walked up to the counter. The gentleman working the counter saw us, and at the same moment took an online order from the dispenser, and told us, "it'll be a few minutes wait." No greeting; no "welcome to Panda Express," just "wait." Four orders, about four minutes wait. Still no greeting, just "the first order?" The abysmal service continued as we went to the next person. Her attitude came across as if she was doing us (my son was with me) a favor! The individual in front of us asked for an item that should have been at the drink station, but wasn't, and her answer was a quite snide "it's over there, just look." She then proceeded to try to rush me through the checkout process (we weren't done ordering), and I said to help the other gentleman first! She was exceedingly rude. I have three other choices for Panda Express in the greater Lafayette, Indiana area, and you can bet I'll be going to the State Road 26 East location. They are awesome! Sorry this is so long. Great food, HORRIBLE service...
Read moreFood was awesome. First girl you went too was very rude telling people too move over make your line straight so we were not blocking where you first walk up too. Where you get your noodle or rice. Now I don't have a problem doing that she was very not asking and demanded and she said it to every customer and me while I stood there if you want straight line then rope it or something that way but to ask a straight line we were in people way walking in the mall. I ask her about the orange chicken if it was hot in taste she shrugged her shoulders. Very very rude. If I wasn't going there for my grandson who was with me I would have walk off. I won't be going back!!! I went there 2/25/2022. At around 3:45 pm. Standing in line I wasn't the only one who felt that way. Very sad how people are not nice anymore. Very sad. You were lucky to have a full crew of workers!! Very...
