My friend and I arrived on Sunday to have dinner, unfortunately that did not happen. We walked in and it was mildly busy. We stood there in front of the register and host stand waiting to be seated. The male owner looked at us, saw us come in and said absolutely nothing. However the people beside us were greeted and asked how many, the people who came in behind us also got greeted. He then walks right past us to hand the people behind us menus so they could look at the menu while they waited. The hostess finally appears at the host stand, tells us it's a 20 minute wait. But we could sit at the bar and be served there. So we proceeded to the bar sit down and we get looked at, then completely over looked. The bartender comes and gets or drink order, my friend orders a corona and I and diet coke. Then we waited and another guy appears and asked us our drink order. He gets her beer and that's it. I finally got my diet coke and then nothing else after that. I asked for the check and we got up and I went to go pay. Where the male owner, who deliberately and blatantly ignored us was checking out guest. Didn't ask us how anything was, the guy at the bar comes up and asked us if everything was ok. We paid and left. As someone who's been working 15 years in the service industry, I can forgive a lot of things. However communication is key in this industry. And judging by the other reviews on here we're not the only ones who have been completely ignored at your establishment. Best of luck to you in...
Read moreEdited: I’m leaving one star since they treated my friend poorly. *I’m leaving 5 stars because my friend just started working here, which is why I visited. However, she was not my server. Upon arrival, my family and I liked the decor in the entry way. However, not much communication from the host. We had to figure that part out on our own. We stood there far too long without any acknowledgment. Not even a welcome. After someone came and got us, we realized only then did the host “write us down.” The table was festive but we were seated with all three of us facing the same direction, no other choice but to make awkward eye contact with the other guests. Our server greeted us within 15 minutes. I asked for rice and beans on the side of my chimichanga but they went ahead and stuffed it inside of it. lol My husband’s order was wrong twice. My daughter nibbled on the rice a bit but didn’t want to eat the taco she ordered. The salsa was really good as well as the chips! No apology for our order being wrong even though our server could see that we set the whole meal to the side. You pay as you go out and guess who handles that? The host. So, we had to wait a while to pay while we stood in the way of entry. He never asked how our meal was. In fact, he didn’t really say anything. It was an entirely awkward visit. We paid...
Read moreWe will stick with our usual Mexican options. Not impressed with this place. Strange salsa (taste is ok), jumbo marg must be chugged immediately or it melts all over the table ($17 and a decent amount ended up on the table and floor). Service wasn't bad except the waiter obviously saw the puddle on our table but did not clean it, he wasnt that busy, it was lunch and they had lots of people running around. Generous portions, food was okay. The enchilada was not what was expected, the flavor of shell was not enjoyed. As for the burrito, it had a good flavor, but I personally don't like shredded meats and that's what I got, forgot to ask . I pointed at the item in the menu (a lunch dish) and only got a burrito, I got no sides which were clearly stated in the menu. I even asked and he nodded but he must have thought I was asking if it was ALL IN the burrito, because it was. A HUGE burrito which in the menu picture it wasn't and there were sides. Decor was busy. I did like some of the lighting, but all the plastic plants are a bit much. We will...
