A bit weird experience but ended ok.

Placed an order, didn't receive a confirmation email, good thing I printed the confirmation page so I had some references. Price was really good even with the somewhat pricey delivery.

Confirmation page was saying delivery in 4-7 days. Called to confirm delivery date, was told a different story, 7-10 days. Then Andrew called me and confirmed that they will deliver it in 7 days, a Wednesday.

Wednesday no delivery, tried to call Andrew Thurs, he didn't answer but texted saying that it should had been delivered, will check and let me know. He tested back saying that I should get it today (Thurs) or Friday. Didn't.

But, surprise, I got it Saturday, out of the blue.

BUYER BEWARE ‼️‼️‼️‼️ This place and these people are scammers. The website was broken and they said just pay through zelle. They would not provide a service agreement and they wanted me to pay them without any time or date of delivery. when I expressed my concern about the broken website and lack of service agreement when paying with zelle. Sam told me not to waste his time that I could go somewhere else. Ryan the manager dropped off on communication when I asked him what would the delivery date be. Made my order online for pick up. When I emailed them to ask when it would be ready, I got a fast response from Andrew. Went to pick it up and they had everything ready for me and helped load it into our truck. I made a mistake and ordered box springs instead of mattresses, Andrew did a simple fast return and told me to call him if I couldn't find any mattresses for a good enough price elsewhere. I will definitely be coming back here for more...
