Dollar General — Local services in Lake Charles

The Dollar general on Ryan St in lake Charles la, there is a guy Torrance who over charged alot on our items and laughed about it. When we first walked in to return our items cause something didn't seem right. He instantly asked us if we were over charged. He did nothing but laugh at us. We will not be going there again. I hope this reaches corporate. And the manager asked him time and time again not to laugh and stop trying to cover his tracks when he was trying to ring our...

It would be absolutely phenomenal if somebody at this location could learn how to pick up a phone and say "hello, how can I help you?" I also work retail I understand that sometimes it gets real busy and phones are not the main priority in store customers are but the fact that I've tried calling the store multiple weeks in a row now and throughout any of the countless times I have called there has not been a single answer...

This is one of the best Dollar General locations I've ever entered. Very clean. Well stocked shelves and friendly employees... Top notch store. The manager should be commended for running a tight ship!

A welcome change to most of the other Dollar General stores in this area... You know the stores.im speaking of...‽ Where you can't get down the aisles because there are stock carts blocking just about everything...
