I left my Adaline there for boarding during the Lake Charles blizzard of 2025. The staff were very accommodating with a last minute booking for my puppy and extraordinary with her overall care! I added on a nail trim for my pup and I was beyond joyed that they trimmed them beautifully. An added bonus was the camera that I could zoom in and watch my puppy on. They allowed me to tour the facility even though it was a last minute booking and the facility was VERY clean and smelled AMAZING. The Dog Stop is hands down the best place to board your animal and have peace of mind that they will be safe!

My little old man, Ducky will be 15 years old, we’ve follow Sylvia everywhere she went- at least 13+ years, because I know my baby will be taken good care of. These days Ducky’s appointment with Sylvia has been taken by his girlfriend, Gabbana. Gabbana is a little high maintenance, but she runs to Sylvia with open arms— and trust no one else. That speaks volumes. Ducky typically gets taken care by Aubrey or Ray now and they’re equally as wonderful as Sylvia was to him. They’re compassionate and talented. Can’t thank them enough for making my babies comfortable.

My little yorkie is used to being with me all the time and I was pleasantly surprised at how she reacted to Dog Stop as a first time boarder! I was able to observe her on their doggie cam in the "littles playyard" which relieved my anxiety immensely about leaving her! She excitedly interacted with the other "littles." The staff was super friendly and followed all my directions regarding feeding, etc. I would heartedly recommend Dog Stop!!!

I’m so Grateful for The Dog Spot– My Nova and Mazi Looks and Feels Amazing!

“I can’t thank The Dog Spot enough for the love and care they put into grooming my sweet Nova and Mazi. Every time we visit, they treat both of them like family, and it means the world to me. They both always comes home looking absolutely adorable, smelling fresh, and most importantly, feeling happy and comfortable.

What really stands out is the patience and kindness they show. Nova can be a little nervous, but Sylvia and Brittany know exactly how to make her feel safe and at ease. I can honestly say this was the best place my Fur Babies been to in a long time,the fact that I could see them all day was breath taking. Their first 2 days I was constantly watching them due our last experience with other boarding places I was very worried. But after calling and watching them I knew they were in great hands. The Owner is Amazing he have a Passion with his Business which made me so relaxed. He really care about all Fur Babies. I'm so grateful and excited they opened this Establishment. Now I can go on vacation and be at ease. Thank you Shawn and Staff for caring for my Babies. Baby and Prince James will be happy going back. You guys...
