The gentleman who helped me in Lake Charles was awesome. He was knowledgeable and had me in and out with the bed I wanted within 10 minutes, probably less. I can’t express how awesome the sales people are at this location! The delivery company, however, was terrible. I paid to have the adjustable bed set up, they walked in, left everything in boxes, and left. I thought they were coming back. I bought a queen mattress over a year ago in great condition still. Me and my boyfriend upgraded to a king for our new house and we’ve never had any issues with our mattress. We’ve gotten both mattresses for a pretty dang great holiday deal and love them both so much. Brenda assisted us with our king size mattress and was so sweet, and helped us with our options in our price ranges.
