If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!!! I have always loved Kroger, they have always been my preferred store opposed to others. But after the way I was treated at this Location on 12/1/19 never again will I EVER return. I made a purchase on 11/29/19 for (4) boxes of the item Culturelle and decided to return them on 12/1/19 at the SAME store I purchased them from. I went to the customer service line at about 9:20ish and didnât leave until 40 minutes later, due to a rude Floor manager by the name of âTheresa.â I got in line and informed the customer service representative that I am here to do a return, she then called over another associate and began conversing among themselves about my return, the second associate leaves, and then the customer service rep proceeds to page management on the store phone for assistance. I then proceeded to ask her. âIs something wrong?â She replied. âThe purchase is over $100 and we need management to approve it.â I said. âOk.â Theresa the âFloor managerâ comes over does not acknowledge me, does not speak to me and begins talking to the customer service rep, takes my items along with my receipts and walks off. I was left standing there for maybe 10 minutes and within that 10 minutes I asked the associate. âWhat is taking so long?â She then told me that. âShe is looking back at the cameras.â I then get offended of course because I not only had other things to do that morning but, what store does someone who has their receipt, has the items unopened, and the card used do you find it necessary to run back your cameras??!!! I then ask the customer service rep. âWho is over her I can speak to??? Because I am feeling as if she is thinks I stole something!!â She then called over a older gentleman that is dressed in slacks and a dress shirt. Who is VERY NONCHALANT about my issue of concern and finds it necessary to cut me off while I am trying to finish my sentence and reiterates. âShe is doing her job and she will get your return.â And then HE walks off before I can even get another word in!!!!!! after waiting Iâm not even sure how long she comes down from upstairs. And the first words she spoke to me the whole time I have been in this store is. âIs there any reason you didnât use your Kroger plus card?â I told her. âI do not know maybe I forgot to or just didnât want to I donât know.â She then says âYea because you used it to buy milk in another transaction.â At this point I am offended because WHAT DOES THAT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY RETURN???!!!! she then says âI need the card used, your Kroger plus card and your drivers license.â I told her what do you need my kroger plus card for if it wasnât used??â She says nothing back. I then give her my drivers license and my card I thought I used for the transaction, she looks at the card and tosses it on the counter and says. âThis ainât the card used.â I then give her the correct card. She takes my drivers license and writes information from my license on my original receipt!!! She Does not inform me my return is done, nor does she not even hand me a return slip that shows my return is done! So once again due to her lack of communication I am just standing there waiting for whatâs next! She then tells me. âOh youâre done mam. I told her I want to take a picture of that receipt you wrote my information on! I then ran out to my car after being in this store for almost an hour!! To grab my phone! As I am walking back into the store I see her walking away. I shout at her three times âexcuse me!â I want to take a picture of that receipt! She then tells me. âWhat do you need to take a picture for your return is done!â I then explained to her that she is rude and I will be calling corporate her rebuttal was âcall corporate!â So I did! Needless to say I will not shop at a store that makes me feel like I am a thief just because I am un happy with a purchase! Shame on this on this store for not properly training...

I just want to say this is the worst Kroger location I have been to in my life. I am new to Forest Park and was in severe tooth pain and desperately needed my prescription when I went the first time to inquire about my medicine The Black lady at the pharmacy was extremely rude she is dark skin with braids and she is older so you canât miss her and she said she couldnât find my name so I said are you sure and she cut me off saying I said itâs not here so I call my dentist to o see whatâs going on and they said tell the pharmacy to check Escribe so I went back and this time a light skin man who was working with her asked me my name and date of birth o told him and he said itâs not ready to do you want to wait so I said yes I go shopping for apple sauce and yogurt to pass time while waiting and I was extremely sick I had to go to my car to lay down because I kept throwing up he was so rude when I came back he said Iâm just going to be honest I took you out the que because you left I was like everyone else left while waiting how am I any different so then he got really nasty and said well now you will Wait 30 minutes matter fact make it 35 minutes and I was shocked I said you told me 15 minutes and I was throwing up almost passed out in store two customers had to help Me So after making me wait intentionally I tried to speak To the manager and he laughed at me and walked away. My experience was so bad and so traumatic I had to call corporate and have a case number against this Kroger. Then when I tried to get there names to inform corporate they wouldnât tell me their names and ignored me. I was so disappointed and disgusted with my treatment I took 45 minutes even with me being sick to contact corporate and inform them one about the disrespect and lack of urgency and then the pharmacist wouldnât even look at my insurance card he kept asking me do you even have insurance and I tired to show him and he told me never mind just wait on the chairs and I couldnât because o was throwing up and needed to lay down . I will NEVER GO BACK TO GET ANYTHING FROM HERE. READ THE REVIEWS ANd just go to Walmart up the street and I will be following up with my case number. The pharmacist and the manager treated me like I was trash and a laughing joke and I will continue to call corporate until itâs fully investigation I want cameras pulled audio pulled everything so they can see how nasty the employees are I o customers this Kroger is not a good representation of what Kroger stands for and I refuse...
   Read moreIt is sad to say that my neighborhood Kroger is going to lose my business, went there this morning and was so disappointed. I have been disappointed before by either stocking or Quality control. And today I fought myself wanting to go to fayetteville instead of just around the corner. But walking out of there, reiterated everything Iâve seen over the last couple of months. Actually took a manager aside and showed him how temperatures were not the same in the coolers. And he gave me some lame excuse saying that things were about to be changed around anyway and itâs fine. Well, Iâm here to tell you. Itâs not fine. I would never buy meat there and other things were questionable as well. You see one freezer door that has condensation all over it, the next one has ice like theyâve defrosted it and itâs just sitting there for the world to see. And then you see others that have no condensation at all. In the fruits and vegetables their fruit is always over ripe to where you canât even enjoy fresh fruit anymore. It is definitely not the people who work there as far as their sympathy day-to-day customer service. It is about somebodyâs job not being just opening a box and putting things on the shelf. Or managers possibly going behind employees to see jobs that were done or not done. Thereâs an older gentleman that always is getting carts in the parking lot and he is such a sweetheart. Again, the people who work there are nice as all get out, but I guess itâs not the employees that I see on a regular that are not doing their job. I guess itâs either overnight staff or middle of the day or something but again it still leads back to the manager not following up on what was done and what was not. How things are presented and what it looks like. If you wouldnât buy it, why would I? We spend way too much money on groceries and I refuse to waste any more of my money at this...
