Sad, but I couldn't give a lesser rating! They just remodeled this place, but it doesn't help that the 2 servers, who don't speak very good English, don't communicate well at all. I placed my order we r online at 615 pm, the app told me it was ready at 645. When I arrived at 657, my order wasn't ready. I ordered the new chicken salad as a sub, but the older lady held my ticket because she somehow explained to the other older man that it could only be made as a wrap. Please keep in mind, there's a sign on the glass that clearly says you can get it in a wrap or a sub! I pointed the sign out to both of them & asked them to come around and read it for themselves & they refused to & pointed it back out to me on the main menu that it comes in a wrap & would not honor what I paid for on the subway app. I motioned to ask to speak to their manager & of course, there's no manager & they're left there to handle customers as freely as they desire. Long story short, I've been to this location before, when it didn't have the new modern interior, & the service was bad then. Read moreI ordered online went to go pick up. They claimed I never put in my order when it already took my money from my card. Then they claimed I didn't order at the right restaurant and asked me to give them an address. Like ma'am and sir, do YOU know where you're working?
Then they claimed I was trying to get a free sandwich out of them. I was clearly showing them my order number with the status blinking. The guy tried showing me on his end the system the system was set to incoming orders, not ALL orders. I tried explaining to him how to do so. And he kept saying I'm just trying to get a free sandwich.
Would you guys instead hire people who understand basic English. Then the lady said I was wrong and that maybe I don't understand how online ordering works. Like ma'am if I didn't understand maybe my order wouldn't be blinking under status. It was a bit embarrassing getting yelled at by workers who don't know what they're doing. And the guy was just plain rude. Like sorry you hate your job and can't learn enough English to handle the system.
I just left after trying to reason with them or even trying to get a refund (which they refused). Who knows if they'll refund me or just take my money. If they take it they're just indecent human beings.

Read moreVisited this location on 03/12/24 around 5:00 pm for an online pick up order that I placed through the Subway app. I normally come here often for my lunch but after what I experienced I will not be returning back here. I ordered a bottled Sprite through the app with my meal. As I proceeded to go pick up my food up the gentleman upfront said, “you can take small cup for drink”. I politely replied to him that I ordered a bottled sprite not a cup beverage with my meal. He proceeded to argue with me that there was no up charge on my receipt for the bottle beverage so for that I would need to take the cup. I told him that the app does not charge for a up charge for the bottled drink. I even showed him on the app where it is does not charge an extra fee for the bottled drink. He and the elderly lady who works upfront proceeds to tell me well next time you order you will have to get the cup. However, Little do they know there will not be a next time! Even though the app does not charge the extra fee. I still would have payed the extra fee for the bottled drink but the gentleman was so rude that he did not even offer that option.
