First i was told that they didn't deliver to my location. Went online and ordered at 7:15pm. and the online stated that specific store would be the one delivering the pizza to me. My pizza's price total came up to be more than what the offer was for so i had to call bk to the store anyway. After they manually put the order in the price came up correctly. Had to inform them that they did deliver to my location and they told me at 7:23 that my order would be to me at 8:22. the delivery actually came at 8:53, but it was made wrong. I gave it bk to the driver and called the store at 8:55. They told me that they would send the correct order out and i would recieve it in 30mins. At 9:55 I called bk to the store to see what was taking so long and if my order was already in route and was told that it was but they said they couldnt tell me when the delivery would arrive. at 10:20 I called bk to once again check on why I havent recieve my order yet and asked for a mgr to tell me why, but was put on hold for 15 mins. Had to hang up and call right bk. After 4 mins that time he comes to the phone and tells me that my order was still at the store. He then told me that I needed to be more understanding because his store employees were mostly teenagers. I told him that Pizza Hut's bank account doesn't look like a teenager's account, he acted as if he was doing me a favor and told me that he would reverse the charges on my card and that he would get a store employee to deliver the pizza because he did not know where his drivers were. I finally got my pizza at 10:55 and it was cold. Read moreEveryone at this location should be fired as they do not run a business correctly. I ordered a pizza two weeks ago and was told that it would be 30 mins from the time ordered to delivery. After a hour went by I called the Lake City, Ga location in which is where I ordered my pizza from and spoke with an employee who answered the phone and informed them that I had NOT received my pizza . This employee informed me that my ordered was not placed to be delivered and that it would be another 25 minutes before I would receive it. All and all I did not get my pizza delivery until an hour and half later! Once it did get me it was ice cold and the crust was the wrong one. I call back once again to this location several times only to be placed on hold and never have my call answered. I ask to speak to a manager and was placed on hold and no one ever came to the phone! This is not how you provide any type of customer service. My thoughts are that they do want ever they want in providing any type of service to their customers. Keep this type of nonprofessionalism up and you will have NO business. If management and corporate is ok with this. type is service this location just needs to be shut down. I can do a way better job than any of their employees. I called Pizza Hut corporate customer Service and still waiting for a call back. I want a full refund of my purchase of two pizzas and 1 2 litter Mountain Dew. Read moreIf I could give a no stars I would. First they lost my order then when door dash came to pick it up the still couldn't find it which door dash is who they use for delivery. Then the team member with the red dreads tells me she don't have to remake my order and that she also can't give us a refund because we ordered through door dash but we didn't we went through the website for pizza hut. I will not order from them again. Not only that the food is horrible. Bad business pizza hut. FYI the manager did nothing to help neither. I called the number thats on google to call the store about 8 times each time the said they was transferring me no one picked up the phone. As we goes into the facility it had an bad odor. I told them that we waited at home two hours and that my son blood sugar was dropping and they didn't care. They had a bad attitude and basically told me that they couldn't help all because my pizza was never delivered to me. This was the worst experience ever. Reporting them to BBB!!!!!! They remade my son order that they said that they lost in the warmer but found an hour later and gave it to a dasher who never brought the food. It was horrible. All this happened starting at 930pm and ended at 1130pm. Just sad and bad business. We never got reimbursed for the delivery fee even tho we had to come pick up the order.
Update..... sooo I went here today...whole new crew and the food was awesome the way pizza hut supposed to be!!!! Good job fixing...
