We waited for 10 minutes today and still no one was there to open up the store. Not reliable. Someone mustâve forgot to set their alarm clock! A male Manager finally opened the door around 9:10am. Another customer and I both needed balloons. When we asked to get some balloons made up, the manager nearly shouted âWeâre busy right now!â. Another female employee pointed us to the âballoon corralâ and told us we would have to pick some out of there. When we finally had the balloons that we wanted, we proceeded to go up to the register and wait. The female employee did finally blow up some balloons for the other customer upon his SECOND request. While I waited in line for another five minutes with other customers coming up behind me, the manager came out with another money drawer and was opening another register up instead of prioritizing us to check us out. Keep in mind that we had already waited in the parking lot an extra 10 minutes for the store to even open! While I waited at the register, another customer came up and asked the manager a question. The manager said rudely âI canât hear youâ and gave the man a dirty look and then looked away. That man just walked away. I realize that things can go wrong some mornings, but there were no apologies for the people that waited extra time to get into the store or waited to be checked out at the register. And on top of it, we were spoken rudely to and our business and purchases were OBVIOUSLY not appreciated. I canât think of any reason why that manager would have treated us all like that other than the fact that he despises his job! Maybe he needs to try...

The cashier Brittany was very rude about it after I had expressed that they had been the last two of this item she stated"well you won't be getting it then" and continued to mumble rude comments under her breath as if I couldn't hear what was being said but I infact did hear everything she said. She was very rude and unpleasant the whole time of being checked out. And was very rude when my daughter who is 7 had said how long she had to wait for her birthday and Brittany then stated" I don't have time to talk I have other customers to check out" wich understandable it was a bit busy but this was all said in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Very unhappy with this experience. I have never had an issue with this location but I will not be returning again. Things could have been said with a different attitude.    Read moreOn saturday 27, I went to this specific Dollar Tree around 3:30pm. It was my first time being there. There's not much of a variety in this store. But that's not the issue. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I'm pretty understanding when it comes to this specific job because I used to work as a retail person. But the employees from this location, a young man and an elder lady with glasses (Dawn) specifically, were extremelyrude to the customers, including myself. They both were rushing customers to get out of the store. The man was back talking to customers. Dawn didnt greet me when she served me; she lacked of manners and was crazy to get out of there.
