I can’t say enough good things about this place, I have been going to this store for the last five years, and service is always out standing! However this time they went way above and beyond, I had about 2 to 3 hours of cell phone work that needed to be done with my account. Line change, two new lines, change of ownership, Questions about new phone, and Questions about accessories. Mr. Elliot Rodger Was outstanding, along with the rest of the staff. Mr. Rodger has Customer service down to a science cause let me tell you sitting in a chair for two hours can be very boring at a cell phone store lol!! But I felt like I was just sitting around with one of my friends taking care of business. Would also like to give a shout out to the store manager. They had ordered pizza for themselves and offered me some because they knew I was going to be there awhile. If I could give no stars I would. We ported out to a different provider we never received a final bill in the mail our us cell account was deactivated because we canceled their Service. Had to go in there myself to pay the bill so I wouldn't get a late charge on a final bill I never received. The guy didn't really want to help me told me he couldn't pull up my account then a lady came over and show him how. He called it in and THEN they had to charge me a $7 processing fee to pay my bill while the associate continued to text on his phone. They should be called salesman not customer service associates because there is no customer service going on. WE WILL NOT BE A US CELLULAR...

Ran over my phone on a Saturday morning. Went to my local US Cellular frustrated and axious as I wasn't sure they could retrieve my info from my old phone. I was immediately addressed when I entered by a pleasant young lady. Cheyanne was very helpful and professional. She had me set up with a new phone and with some difficulty did manage to transfer everything from my old phone.(It was getting dark) US Cellular has been good to me but the personal service provided by Cheyanne is why I take the time to write this review. Thank you Cheyanne. Awesome service....
