Establish Salon — Local services in Lake Elmo

This was my first time at Establih Salon. I loved the feel of the salon right away. Caylon was great. She asked me what I thinking about doing with my hair. Color and cut? I appreciated her thoughts and suggestions. Unfortunately I had a reaction to the chemicals in the color she used for my outgrowth. My scalp was burning/stinging right off the bat. Caylon checked my scalp periodically and check on me. She was great. I would definitely want to use the Aveda products next Tim. Caylon did a great color and style. I was very happy with it! This place is a scam!!! They give u a gift card and you cant even use it. The card never said it expires anytime . terrible customer service. The owner or the manager was very argumentive. They scam people to come there and cant even use there own gift cards. Honestly owner or the manager she claims. Wasnt friendly or understanding. People are rude and arrogant at establish location and r not even willing to understand anything. I will never give thmmem my business or have anyone go to this location. The workers there are nit friendly people...

Ambiance & atmosphere is great & exactly what you'd expect. Haircut is an absolute nightmare. Hair was pretty long but I assumed going into a "salon", all employees, although maybe not their specialty, still know how to do a men's haircut. Instruction were a low fade, keep the top as long as you can and fade the sides. I got a straight fade & cut off 3 of the 4 inches i had, then got home & realized the back is almost a full inch longer than the front. Seemed like a great place...for anything other...
