Blazed Utopia — Local services in Lake Elsinore

Bad Customer Service Reps I called the Lake Elsinore location to ask about their top-selling concentrate from the Blazed Utopia line and was extremely disappointed by the customer service. When I asked for a recommendation, the staff member responded with a rude and dismissive "everything," offering no actual help. I politely asked for her name to provide feedback, but she refused and said she'd need to check with her manager. Then I overheard someone in the background—presumably the manager—say, "people have nothing better to do with their time." This was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially since I was just trying to make an informed purchase. As someone who supports local businesses and values good service, this experience was unacceptable. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to improve customer...

The first time I came here my budtender was soo helpful I think his name was Muhammad he was so quick and nice I came here today for my second time and the budtender Diana didn’t know any strain knowledge on their house flower when asked she said she forgot didn’t even crack a smile at all or seem happy to be there mind you I was the only person there I usually tip but didn’t based off the vibe anyways the place is beautifully made and big they seem to carry a lot of brands security was sweet and nice and welcoming pls hire people that are happy to help and educate consumers it isn’t that hard being a former management / budtender myself hire those that want to help I did like the store and house...

I bought a dime pen and when I turned it on it did not work properly. I told them it was just flashing white and that I tried turning it in and off by clicking it 5 times and nothing helped and the ln I charged it and nothing helped, still not working… they told me I had to come back in. I told them I was only passing through and wouldn’t be back in Elsinore for a few days and they still were no help… so will not be returning here anymore and better...
