Terrible experience! I went in at 7:40pm on a Thursday....summer day with weathers over 100 here in Elsinore. Waited while there was A(one) lady in the back doing something. Then the one rude lady comes out at 7:50pm only to tell me she can only sell me an ice cream or a pre-made blended raspado. So I asked if I can get a Coconut raspado and she said she already cleaned the area and she can't prepare it. So, I asked for an agua Fresca and she said she's can't. So....this lazy azzz lady can't even poor me a cup of agua fresca because she is supposedly closing at 8pm! What a joke! Why would you say you are open until 8pm if you can't even sell me anything because your staff feel like they need to close on-time. Obviously, you should close your doors at 7:30pm and let the lazy lady clean for 30 minutes after closing time. What a disappointment! First off...if it's summer and it's hot, why is there ONE person doing it all? Then, update your hours of operation because this is ridiculous. Come on....business people should know how to run a...

I really wanted to like this place. I was craving a raspado de vanilla/nuez but they didn't have that. So I got the chamango. It was good although I kept getting really hard pieces of mango. The wait time was really long but to be fair, there was only two people working.
