El Rancho Market — Local services in Lake Elsinore

This is a great little neighborhood grocery store. All of the food they make in house is amazing. On lazy dinner nights I'll run in for pre-made beans and meat from their hot food bar, and just make toastadas at home. They make so many things in house. While there might be a small language barrier for those who only speak English, the staff will try their absolute hardest and go out of their way to get you want you need. Their salsas are so authentic and delicious, as is their Agua frescos & everything from the bakery. I've never been disappointed when I go here. I bought a cake from them and at first I was a little skeptical about it but because the kitchen Didn’t seem very sanitary for staters but I need a cake so I got took it to the party the look of everyone’s face when we realized it was no longer good it so I went to talk to them and tell them about the cake and the manager said she couldn’t do anything about it and all the employees were laughing and found it funny never going back here again...

First and last time there, I went to get get some meat. Meat had a great presentation but unfortunately the meat didn’t taste good…and second I asked for 4 lbs and they threw in there 4.5 lbs and the lady helping me seemed kind of rude…and then asked for a second meat asked for 3lbs and she gave me 3.47 lbs..and she didn’t even asked if that was cool…so for that I ain’t never going back to that market…I know I should of said something but I’m...
