La Taza Community Coffeehouse — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

I went in yesterday morning , Friday the 13th and saw two ladies working . One sadly had an arm injury but she was working like there was no problem 😎 they both were very pleasant to speak to and my cappuccino was awesome ! I was with my boyfriend and he usually doesn’t drink coffee but got the same thing I had and also enjoyed it. Came back the next day since it was so good and had the complete opposite experience… today is Saturday the 14th and the two much younger looking ladies were extremely rude … so rude that I honestly will never be coming back , truly sucks I won’t be able to experience that first day I came in but that’s a huge waste of time and energy dealing with something like that . We wandered into this cute new coffee spot on a mission for matcha only to find they didn’t have it. Tragic. But no worries, we adapted. I ordered something else… not realizing it was laced with cinnamon (aka my mortal enemy). Cue the plot twist!

The moment I realized I was one sip away from starring in my own medical drama, the staff immediately swapped out my drink without hesitation. No attitude, no eye rolls just kindness and genuine concern. And let’s be real, it’s rare to find a place that takes allergies and customer service seriously these days.

The vibes? Immaculate. The concept? Super cool. The staff? 10/10, would trust them with my life (literally).

Even without the matcha, this place won us over and we’ll definitely be back… preferably with an EpiPen...

I came on a Sunday looking forward to trying the coffee and some food. The shop looked busy but everyone was sitting down some had coffee some didnt. We ordered the sausage breakfast sandwhich, funky monkey toast and an ice coffee. I wasnt really impressed with anything the cashier wasnt friendly, she didnt smile, nor thank us.
