Waited 35 mins for 2 coffee drinks. Very unorganized…

From the moment we walked in to the time we received our drinks it was a good 30-35 mins. We waited at least 15-20 mins before our order was taken, then however long you said to complete it. I appreciate the refund but I did not ask for it, I only wanted our drinks. Your barista was more concerned about an ice cream flavor/style that she was showing the gentleman then the drinks she kept us waiting for. I am not a fan of “pour over” however the frap was very tasty. I’m certain you will work out the bugs and I wish you all the success. I will keep supporting the small businesses on Main Street.

Since my last review I’ve been back twice and both times have been great experiences. I’m glad the wait times have improved. I’ve had ice cream and frappes and both products taste delicious. Not sure if I'd go again... we ordered 4 of the specialty sundaes at about $10 each .two they didn't have the flavor in description so had to pick different flavors, which they also didn't have much of to make a scoop left and we weren't offered to cancel the order so we were stuck with it. Third order she made the wrong one so we had to wait longer. I thought maybe she'd let us keep it since of all the hiccups but she didn't and offered it to the person behind us instead. It was at early afternoon so not end of the day and we were pretty understanding when our orders weren't going correctly but disappointed weren't offered to just cancel our orders or even the sundae made by mistake. It was our first time here and was always curious to try it out but disappointed in the service and not being told sundaes had to be altered when we paid since it was the same person...

Reply to business reply: last time i got a similar amount of ice cream, but not the exact item, as i stated. Complaining as a customer when i literally ordered something without asking the size, and making the assumption it would be nearly the same as a month ago when it was under the same category, was my bad, I guess. So i just took the cost and learned to ask for specifics each time. But that doesn't change that $1.50/ oz of ice cream is a lot. I'm entitled to my opinion, and i paid in full. I don't owe anything.
