I’ve been taking my golden retriever to this location for self-baths and treats for over a year now, and I’ve always been so pleased with the customer service here. The staff greets my dog with such warm gestures every time we come in and they’re always so gentle and kind with their customers. You can tell that they really care about the pets and love what they do!

They have a variety of healthy dog food/treat options and the self-bath station is always clean and well maintained. They even make sure to clean it right before we use it, which I really appreciate. My visit with Clementine to PetPeople/Hollywood Feed was as they always are--amazing! Jesus and Jaunita could not be kinder and more welcoming to me and Clemmie. Treats, love, sitting on the floor with her, a take home toothbrush, great product suggestions--all the things that make it Clementine's favorite store. Every time I tell Clemmie we're going to "The Dog Store" she nearly pulls my shoulder out of my socket, she gets so excited. Odin and I stopped in on our way home from the Lake Forest dog park and we had a wonderful experience! He got so much love from the lady who helped us (I am so sorry I don't remember her name). She gave him free treats and I was able to let him pick out a few things to bring home! She was also very knowledgeable about the dog food and was able to give me suggestions! We will be back 100%.
