Moe, the owner, is amazing ! He has successfully fixed and updated my older computer many years ago. So when the Blue Screen of Death appeared, I knew who to call for help. He elaborated that it indicates a system crash and to bring it by. I was very concerned that I have lost everything.

Moe is brilliant at finding solutions and suggesting the best way to go from there. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issue. He retrieved my files by recreating same environment as was on my old machine and then he transferred all data to the new computer. LIFE SAVER!

It was very kind of him to educate me on how to do some things better with my new computer, he is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He even assisted me later via phone when I was setting up. TIME SAVER!

His turnaround time to order all parts and built it together was incredible! What he said, he did and kept me informed through out. I am very pleased with this reasonable purchase of my new computer directly from him. I would not go any other way. He listened what I use the computer for and need to do on it and he built the new PC exactly for what is needed, without anything extra or unnecessary. My desktop PC died on me so I took it to get it diagnosed at PC Trade. I was astonished by how knowledgeable Moe was. I am and avid gamer and multimedia designer so I familiar with PCs and their parts but Moe blew me away with how much he knew. I actually learned quite a bit just from talking to him. He is incredibly kind and offers high quality parts and finds you the best deals so you can save some money. Just tell him what you need to do on your PC for your budget and he’ll know exactly what to put in there. He is honest and works fast, efficiently, and meticulously. I am not an expert like he is, but I know enough and researched enough to confirm that everything he recommended was accurate and at the best price available. He will NOT rip you off. In fact, he threw in a couple extra services for me at no cost.

I am new to upgrading and building PCs so the idea of having to replace my motherboard, processor, and graphics card was a bit daunting to me so I originally ordered a prebuilt with some of the specs I was looking for. Moe was able to put together a new PC for me that has even better specs from the best companies for CHEAPER than the prebuilt! I canceled the prebuilt order immediately. The cheap no brand name parts from my first prebuilt is what fried my CPU and motherboard and now I am confident that won’t be happening again.

If you want a high quality PC built to your needs, whether it’s for gaming or for work, build it with Moe. DO NOT BUY A PREBUILT! I learned the hard way. You’ll get a much better PC made with Moe for the same price or even cheaper and it will last so much longer.
