Walked into the store around 3pm 1/8/2024. There was one girl there by the sandwich counter & I finally asked her to help me. There was a sign in front of the register that said $10 off on quarter of ham & one side. I told her that was what I wanted. She rang it up. I asked if she gave me the $10 off. She seemed puzzled, so I picked up the sign & showed it to her. "Oh, that's expired," she said. I told her there was no expiration on the flyer sitting in front of the register. I asked for the manager. Sabrina, who was in the back, came out & was very rude. She said they wouldn't honor the flyer. By this time, I couldn't wait to get out of there. The phone had been ringing off the hook several times, with no one answering. One man walked in & out with no one even acknowledging him. I definitely feel some Customer Service Training is in order! The ham was mediocre at best. Lots of fat & the topping all came off in one piece when I sliced it. I've been coming to this store for years & never experienced anything...
Read moreI must have caught the lady who made my sandwich on her off day. She was first rude to the customer in front of me for trying to order in Spanish. Then, she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude when I asked to make my sandwiches combos with a salad and side. When I asked her which sides I could order from, she stated "there up there on the board". After I told her which salad I wanted, she mumbled something I would guess was "... We don't have salad" although I'll never know because she only spoke to me when her back was to me. After I repeated my salad request, she stared at me like I offended her for repeating such a idiotic request. She didn't give me any actual options for replacing the salad, so I assumed it meant I could pick two additional sides, which I only did because I was fed up with her ridiculous attitude. Read moreI've been a fan of this establishment since I first tasted their ham back in North Carolina 20+ yrs ago. But this particular location left me with a sour taste in my mouth. They failed to have my ham prepared for me when I went to pick it up. This shouldn't have happened since I went through the trouble of reserving it on their website a week beforehand. So I purchased one of their turkeys instead being that they were out of hams. How does that happen, they sell hams as their main product? I hate to say it but the turkey was way below par with how it tasted and the preparation. I was also over charged for the turkey which I didn't find out until I mentioned what I paid to a friend who quickly started I was over charged.
