T-Shirts Plus — Local services in Lake Forest

I came in to buy my usual 10 or so shirts every year or so. I grabbed two shirts of the same color, one in a tall one in a regular. I walked towards the fitting room, and she told me I could not try them on. So then it occured to me that I would just buy both shirts so I could try them both on and see which one I wanted. Well, she refused to let me try them on even after I offered to pay for them and wanted me to wait in line to pay for them before I tried them on. I told her I wanted to buy 10 shirts and wanted to make sure it fit properly, and she refused to, i told her repeatedly i would pay for both shirts plus the ones i wanted to buy and still nothing she was very rude and demanded I not try them on. Back in the day it was a great store, with good value and good selection. Now they never have my size with a decent selection. All the other sizes will have a 4 to 8' span of different colors and when you ask the attendant if they have more in my size, they just say it's a popular size and that's all they have. So why don't you order more and have a larger selection for the popular size? I'm a size Large regular, so what's so difficult about keeping that in stock? Also, they always seem to be rude and unappreciative when I show up with my kids, it's like the horns come out when they see children walk through the door. They need to take retail management 101 and get better customer service, but they've lost me...

Owner is having issues with an associate named Grant, who has always been super nice & worked with me on all my clothes printing projects. After about 5-6 prints and returning to give more business they went from charging $8-10 for printing to $25 per print for the same wording, no difference. When I confronted owner she confirmed Grant had been having problems with owner (which was not information the customer should hear) & said I had to pay more for repeat business? She does not know how to run a business that is fair and does NOT care about their customers at all. Would not recommend coming here unless you enjoy bad customer service & up in the air pricing based on how the owner is...
