This is by far one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and it’s all a result of the manager. After having my order messed up two days on a row, I asked very nicely was I ordering wrong. I explained that at every other Starbucks when I ordered a Citrus Defender, it was two defense tea bags and lemonade. The actual drink name and ingredients are even posted on the menu of many of the Starbucks I go to. However, this location was giving me peach and mint tea. When I inquired about this the manager actually blamed me. She told me that the “drink can be confusing since they have another similar tea and that in the future I should tell them how to make it when ordering”. So basically it’s my fault that her location makes the drink wrong. Instead of blaming the customer I think she needs to go back to training on being a manager and customer service skills and focus on training her team to make drinks correctly according to the menu. Read moreI come here many times. Today the WiFi is not working. Check with the guy here. He said the issue has been there for months due to service provider. Better fix WiFi quickly otherwise I have to go to Panera across street which has spacious seating and seems to be reliable wifi. Another issue is very limited small parking lot which forced me several times to switch to Panera not far from here. No offensive to handicapped people but I don’t understand why they put a handicapped parking spot (takes total two spots actually) in front of entrance on such small parking lot where any parking space is access to the entrance with several walking steps. Many Startbucks DON’T have handicapped parking spots because all parking spots in front of Starbucks can be considered handicapped already if you compare to those handicapped parking spots on large shopping malls which are far from entrance. Read moreI am sorry I started going to you guys after the Starbucks in North chicago trade serving me breakfast sandwiches with the bacon at the bottom of the bag top croissant on double bacon was missing I sat and waited for 20 minutes. Other people were getting their order, and I finally had to say excuse me. Oh we forgot… well recently I’ve forgot to go there. I reload between 30 and $40 daily. Not any more now this morning I go to you guys in Lake Bluff.
