I purchased a vape product that cracked when I went to fill it. It still has the original coil. The employee patronized me by showing that another could be opened without shattering the glass. Of course, that one was not the faulty one that I was returning. He claimed that I must have broken the glass another way. I've used a different vape for 3 years until I bought this one to replace it. I've never dropped a vape or broke glass before. I was not offered any return, discount on another, or any other option. This place used to be good but now it sucks way-too expensive. Then I forgot my papers on the counter didn't even get to my car walked back in to get them period he said it they were not there BS the whole way there I looked on the ground and not to be found they took them and put them back in the jar. I shopped there a lot but I won't anymore hope it was worth it cheating me out of a pack of papers. Do yourself a favor go to the intersection of 12 and 31 to the liquor store right there prices...

Cool place! Clean and tidy..smells good in there the guys in there are down to earth except for the younger guy in there ..kinda gives me the creeps..but either way if you want an engaging conversation about there product in an honest way you always get the truth with those guys..and thats nice..bc u cant get the truth from alot of other clerks at tobacco stores who r always trying to sell you lemons..thats why i love this place whenever im traveling to wisconsin i always pick up my smokes here...
