Iāve been extremely disappointed lately, especially with this location. The 1 star review was a long time coming, but after the stop that earned the rating and the stop today, I feel itās valid.
First, letās start with pricing. I donāt know if you are paying or telling people to post reviews about good pricing, or if they just donāt shop around, but itās far from it. At the time of this edit, youāre selling the finest line of salt juices for $26.99. Other stores in the area sell the same bottle for $15.99. Mods are also priced 80%+ higher than other shops. I havenāt compared everything, but Iām sure most things are marked up consistently higher. Iāve heard the excuse from employees before about brick n mortar being more expensive, and I get that, but Iām comparing you to other brick n mortar locations.
Secondly is the service. On multiple occasions now, I have come into the store knowing exactly what I want. I come in and wait at the counter for whoever is working that day to become available. (I know the struggle of labor right now. Iām more than understanding to wait my turn when thereās only one person working.) The frustrating thing is when I wait, multiple people come in after me, and they are served first. Iām not browsing around the store. Iām simply waiting my turn at counter. Again, not a huge deal if it happens on one occasion, but this has happened multiple times and consistently.

I tried it out in store and it was definitely faulty. I mentioned to the employee that I think thereās something wrong with it. She replies, is there something wrong or is it just a light flavor? I said, it has a weird taste to it. It doesnāt taste good or right. It tasted like pure chemicals and disgusting. She seemed to think I was lying based off her tone. She said āI just bought that exact one the other day and it was a light flavor all juice heads areā. I know thatās not true. Iāve purchased one before and it tasted nothing, not even close, to this taste. It wasnt a burnt coil taste, it was chemical tasting. So I tried again based off what she said, same thing. I showed reservations to her comment. After again saying, I donāt know it tastes really bad, she then doubled down on her thinking āitās a light flavorā so I then gave up and said āyeah a light chemical flavorā and just walked out. I wasnāt going to continue arguing and trying to prove it was defective. Even after that, I thought well maybe it just needs to charge. So I let it charge overnight. Wake up and try again. Same thing. A terrible chemical taste and now itās not even firing correctly. So I just threw away $25. Which is not great. This place is very hit or miss. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've heard many bad things about Azara since I moved here a couple months ago but in my little experience I've had with them they were more helpful than most Vape stores I've ever been to, out of any state. The prices may be a bit high but I use one e-juice flavor exclusively that they do not carry, nor does anyone else in this area. I explained to them that no one has ever suggested a flavor that even came remotely close to what I use(Cranberry). When I explained exactly why I like that flavor they recommended a flavor that I actually can vape, not too sweet, not too sour. Just semi-sweet and semi-tart. It's not better than Cranberry but it's the closest suggestion I've ever had. The staff was so knowledgeable that they were able to satisfy me, and believe me, I am hard to impress when it comes to e-juice recommendations.
