Very uncomfortable experience. We literally were not informed that each item we pick had to be brought to the front otherwise their first assumption when you browse stuff that is kept towards the back door? Literally visited the store for the first time and didn’t even know there was a backdoor. I was rudely asked if i was gonna pay for the small lighter in my hand and the man took that to the front saying he will hold it for me. Then was asked by all employees to leave the store. If this was the enthusiasm in telling people that we need to bring every item to the front, wouldn’t have caused a scene.
