I've been a customer for quite a few years now (never any complaints there, everyone is always super nice!) so when I decided to resell some nicer clothes, I opted to go to Twice Blessed instead of other places closer to me because I'd rather give them my business. It was my first time dropping clothes off and I was told I would receive a call back within the week to pick clothes up as the woman who goes through them wasn't there that day, and to sign a form agreeing that my clothes could be kept there until they were sorted through. Three weeks later I hadn't heard back from them so today I stopped in to check up on the status. I was told that there has been a miscommunication and apparently, all of my clothes that they did not take had been donated despite that not being what I was told. Even my tote bag was gone. To be fair, the manager and customer assistant were very apologetic and kind, but nothing was done to rectify the situation, such as offering any store credit, and then I was told that they now take in so many clothes that it's impossible to call back everyone. If you're too busy to make sure everyone's sell back is processed correctly, then maybe you should implement a new system or stop taking in new sellers. This is a great store for buyers but for sellers, please be aware that the process seemingly changes depending on who you speak to. I would love to see more organization going forward before I am comfortable selling...
Read moreThe place has the good idea, the ower is very nice but the order ladies working there are not. I came here because my sister in law loves it and every time I come to Michigan she talks about the store, I really hope it was just a bad day for the workers ((I'm assuming they're workers I can't imagine being owerns or partners)) and things are not like that all the time, it would be sad to know they treat people like they're doing them a favor by helping them by answering a question or selling used clothes for cheap. If the business is till running it's thanks to the costumers, in any shape of form they should be arrogant to the costumer. I was very disappointed to see their behavior in the back, as the lady in the front of the store (very nice, skinny, shoulder length hair) was all the contrary, she was receiving merchandise from a seller, by the way she talked I could tell she is educated, kind hearted, down to earth, happy and ready to help who ever, she was welcoming everyone, she asked me like 3 times while I was waiting if I was ok with a smile! I think it's a great place to buy used clothes for decent prices but wear your headphones while shopping there and know it's not the owners fault the way the workers...
Read moreI recently visited this store with my boyfriend and inquired about a purse my mother had seen, and said she had liked there. I politely asked the woman behind the counter about it, noting that it was there awhile ago and gave my best description of it, to which I was very rudely embarrassed and practically snapped at saying they would have never kept a purse so long, that my description matched every other purse, and that I could look around for it myselfânot even offering any sort of assistance or help. I do not know if their response was discriminatory in any sense, seeing as me and my boyfriend are younger and I (dressed as a tomboy) and my boyfriend (Vietnamese) were inquiringâbut I do know that if an older, white woman walked into this establishment and asked the same question I did, they would have received much better service. I am someone who has worked in retail for a long time and am very understanding when it comes to customer service, but this sort of treatment felt inexcusable to me. Severely disappointed. I will not...
