★★★★★ I can't say enough great things about 20 Front Street! This hidden gem in East Michigan is worth every minute of the three-hour drive I make just to attend their intimate concert series. With a maximum capacity of 90 people, this venue offers a truly unique and unforgettable experience. From the moment you step foot inside, you'll be blown away by the atmosphere. I often compare it to a smaller version of the legendary Grand Ole Opry. It's no wonder that even famous artists have recognized the charm and appeal of this place. What sets 20 Front Street apart is their ability to attract artists from around the world. They consistently bring in performers that you would never believe would grace such a small venue. The variety and talent they showcase are simply incredible. Located in the beautiful downtown area of Lake Orion, 20 Front Street not only offers exceptional concerts but also features a small café with a delightful selection of drinks and bakery items. The seating area is cozy and comfortable, allowing you to relax and enjoy the music. One of the best aspects of 20 Front Street is the welcoming and accommodating nature of the venue hosts and owners. They are super nice, down to earth, and go out of their way to ensure everyone has a fantastic experience. Accessibility is also a top priority, as the venue is 100% wheelchair accessible. And let's not forget about the ticket prices! Attending an amazing concert here won't break the bank. The affordability is truly remarkable, and it's refreshing to see a venue that prioritizes providing high-quality entertainment at a reasonable cost. Even if you bring your whole family, you won't have to worry about emptying your wallet. In conclusion, if you're looking for an exceptional concert experience in East Michigan, 20 Front Street is the place to be. It's a hidden gem that offers world-class talent, a cozy atmosphere, friendly hosts, and affordable tickets. Don't miss out on this extraordinary venue—I guarantee you'll be blown away!

What a hidden gem in Lake Orion! My wife has attended many of the Lake Orion concerts at the Gazebo in Children's Park. The last concert of the season was Annagail performing and I decided to attend with my wife. However, the weather was not cooperating, and the venue got moved inside to 20 Front Street. For my first concert, but the last one of the season, it was very good. An hour and a half of Americana/folk-rock duo. Unfortunately only had one half of the duo performing last night. Did not get to hear the harmony, but the guitar and his singing were good. I will look forward to next year's summer concerts.

Providing an intimate and rewarding venue, 20 Front Street is like going to church and having a spiritual experience where the music is able to reach inside your soul and creates a dialog between you and the artist. We were blessed with the incredible talent of Ember and Ash tonight, and if you ever get the chance, do not miss it. The passion and playfulness of this dynamic duo is on another level. Erin and Alex are masterful in painting the picture for your journey and do not miss the details with precision. Bravo!

20 Front Street is a lovely small venue in downtown Lake Orion. Seating is about 90 and there really isn't a bad seat in the house (there's not enough room). Acoustics are excellent, the atmosphere is intimate and cozy. The folks who run the place are dedicated to supporting the arts, and this is clearly a labor of love. They keep the ticket process simple without fees, and this is a very economical place to visit.

The venue has a small cafe attached with baked goods, coffee, tea, kombucha, and the like. Downstairs is an ice cream parlor. Before the show or between sets these are well worth checking out.

The 20 Front Street folks have recently started hosting events at Wildwood Amphitheatre, which is a good outdoor venue a few miles away. They have the same friendly dedicated approach with minimal fees, and the one concert we've seen there was...

I like the fact that every seat is a good seat. It holds about 90 people in 5 rows at the time of my visit. There are 2 stairways to access the rows. A little confusing where to enter for a first timer. To be honest it doesn't matter from what I could tell, I went to the right side of the building and went into the tea house. Walk through a doorway and your at the entrance on the left side of the building. The left side entrance puts you right by the washrooms and the entrance to the concert hall. The decor is very well kept. Also this is an Accessible Concert Hall. Not sure how well seating would be if you can't transfer to the bench but walkers and wheelchairs can access the building and at least the men's washroom was Accessible too. This is a great value for your money on the...
